It's as good as any other. There is plenty of merchandise and it's clean. The workers are either great or wretched. The greeters are overly helpful but untrained. The department workers are more interested in chores than helping the customers.

This store is a good example of "doing it right Everyone is helpful and the store is clean and well stocked. I always find what I need

I did notice that in the outdoor furniture area, they had an isle blocked with an unused stock ladder while two of the employees were sitting and having a discussion in the area. While I was there (about 3 minutes), they never got up to remove the ladder nor notices that I could not access the isle.

This Roswell HD store is always a great place to get whatever I need for my home. Friendly staff and a good selection of supplies!!!!

My wife and I entered H.D. on a busy Saturday afternoon. We were surprised at how quickly we were greeted by associates that were eager to show us to the products we wanted to purchase! Even with all of the traffic in the store, everything was still in perfect order and easy to find. we were in and out in no time because all of the cashier lines were maned! It was truly a great shopping experience!

Store was well organized and well lit. Associate was very helpful, use this store nearly every time

I have shopped this location since it opened and have the highest regard for their customer service and product availability. I previously purchased a garage door opener about 9 months ago and I was able to just call and order another over the phone for second garage. Item purchased was ready for pick up within a couple of hours. Additionally, the 3rd party installer was WONDERFUL!!!

the store is absolutely clean and well stocked. The associates know their crafts.

Disappointing pricing on Weber grill accessories. I believe pricing for replacement grates were 3X their costs.

This week I been to this store 4 times, I have to say is my favorite store as it doesn't compare to the others. I can always find what I need. This time was Electric boxes and wire, we were not sure of what we were looking at and the associate offer help and help us find what was needed. Good customer service!

This is my favorite store, I can always find what I need and the associates are helpful. I have visited other stores from this chain and I always come back to this one. This time I need insulation don't know much about it, all I had was the SQ ft. and the thickness and the associate help me figure out what which was better.

I can always find what I need with no much effort.

Helped find pallet of product and expedited loading of same

Most every time I visit this location there are a number of people walking their dogs around the store. Sure dogs are great but when I am in the middle of trying to get in and out quick so I can get back home to finish my DIY project I thought would take 2 hours and now it's been 2 weeks, it can be a real pain to try and shop when you have a number of pets barking, growling, trying to jumpi on you or running around under your feet. Don't bother trying to find an available associate since they will probably be playing with the dogs, it's more fun than having to listen to what sorts of home improvement problems you might have. When Amazon starts delivering 2x4s and drywall I will probably stop shopping here.

Plenty of associates asked if they could assist me. Self checkout attendant was helpful. Prices seem high though.

Associate was very helpful to get the entire pallet of material to the loading area with a lift and to load it in the truck. Took less time than I thought it would.

Great people work here, very helpful in all departments

Went to Home Depot to buy new faucets for home remodeling. Just so happened that the Moen rep was at the store. She spent a great deal of time with us and helped coordinate faucets and hardware for three bathrooms. I feel we came away more satisfied with our selections than if we did it on our own. This is the third time I have been able to talk with manufacturer reps at Home Depot in the last month.

Lea was very helpful with the checkout process at self checkout!!! But this survey was waayyy too long!!!

I VISIT THIS STORE AL LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK MINIMUM, THIS LOCATION IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE WITH ALL THE FRENDLY EMPLOYEES THAT WORK THERE.
