When you arrive RAY is always around to greet you and make you smile. He always helps load my stuff and is as professional as it gets. The cashiers, Chelsea, Brittney, Sheryl are always on top of things. The paint department is as good as it gets. Duane, Ilene, Wes are great to work with. They are the reason why most of the painters are buying Behr products instead of the competition. Will the store manager runs a tight ship, I'm glad for the service this store gives me when I come in.

Everyone here is always so helpful and friendly. They go out of the way to get you the best prices and made sure we got the best deal.

Employee's are very courteous and helpful from beginning to end! Outstanding customer service skills from each employee. Very rare to go into a store and every employee is friendly and will go above and beyond to help their customer taking care of their store needs!

I went into the store on a sort of nasty, rainy and windy day at about 1200 to get some concrete blocks. All went well as I knew what I needed and where they were. Then at the commercial checkout I met Chelsea, the cashier. She asked if I needed help to load the blocks into my car. I guess she figured out I'm somewhere in my eighties and so worried about my experience. I said, yes, help would be really great! She then checked to find out that the loader was at lunch. So, without comment, she hustled to clear the line at her register and came running out to load my blocks into the car for me. You just don't get help like that these days....Thanks Chelsea and my best to the store manager who obviously leads a fine team.

I would like to say you have some excellent employees. The Oak Harbor store has a cashier/paint person named Chelsea that is very freindly, very knowledgeable, and even helped me load OSB onto my cart. She is always helpful, courtesy, and makes my shopping experience better.

The store is well organized and stocked, employees are knowledgeable and very polite. The store manager is well liked by the employees.

On 9-13-16 the Oak Harbor store had three Torro lawn mowers in boxes stacked under a $247.00 price tag. I chose one and it rang up at the register for $319.00. More than $70 over the shelf price. They would not honor the posted price. I bought a great mower at a different Oak Harbor hardware store a short time later.

The store is clean, well set up, easy to get customer service. I go in for one thing and come out with six, can always find what I need.

Checked the Home Depot web site , placed four major appliances in my cart, printed same, called and purchased all from home while watching golf. Saved 10%. Pretty good Labor day.

Hoping that Dave's replacement is as knowledgeable and friendly as he is, best of luck Dave in Texas. You will be a great asset to the store there, hope they know what they are getting from us here in Oak Harbor.

This is my go-to home improvement store. Almost always has what I am looking for in stock. If not in stock has quick shipping.

The employee that came out and helped me load all the buckets of driveway coating was absolutely great!!

Both the manager and assistant manager worked with me to determine which router bit(s) to purchase to recreate a wooden slide mechanism for a table base. Will took time to draw up an idea on how to create a jig to recreate the slide receptacle. Outstanding service and advice.

Not having washers and dryers in stock because we're "on the Island" is not acceptable. They take 2 weeks to get them to the store and then an additional week to schedule the delivery. I rented a uhaul to get the washer and dryer to my house. It's 2016, Home Depot. Get your stuff in one sock. I will not recommend this location.

The contractor desk is the best I've seen anyway, Dave at the desk knows a lot of information and he ensures we have everything we need for our jobs. I see Dave always leading the others at the desk and them calling on him for his expertise and he is quick to help them.

The store was stocked well. did not fine an one to answer a Question about plumbing. But the woman at the return desk was so nice we could not find the upc for item I had to return. She had to do all this extra stuff to even do the return. She made it so seamless for me. Thank you to the nice retuen desk woman on Wednesday morning at the Oak Harbor store

Every time I come into the store the Pro Desk continues to impress me with their customer service. Dave at the desk has a vast knowledge of just about everything, one would think he had been in the business for years. He's willing to listen to everyone's questions and concerns, than gives them very sound advise. Great guy.

This store is one of our favorites on the Island. On my last visit the Man in the paint department really helped me with a project I needed to tackle . You can count on very friendly staff in any area.

Duane in the paint was so good, he should own his own store. Christy in garden was helpful and knowledgeable I was astounded.

I was in the store earlier this month and the Contractors Desk didn't seam that busy , but the guy's there were a bit rushed. When I was in there this week the desk was like a well oiled machine. The only difference was Dave, and when he is there the desk runs smoother, not that the other guy's aren't able to do their job's. I think Dave brings calm to the desk, he is pretty level headed and knows the business. Great asset if you ask me.

Great Selection and honest prices. Finished my project ahead of schedule thanks to the helpful associates in the Paint Department.

The store was nice and clean. The clerk was very helpful. I told her what I wanted to purchase and she showed me everything I wanted. Rang it all up together which made it much easier for me. I wish I would have gotten the clerks name. I will be shopping at home depot again as I have for years now. Home Depot is my favorite store to shop in.
