I received great service. the associate was kind and nice

Buying paint is not an easy task, but the woman in the paint department was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I have been having issues with insects and my houseplants. The lady who helped me Roze in the garden department gave me suggestions about different types of products to use for my plants without killing them. I have used them for a couple of weeks now and the bugs are gone and my plants are still alive. I still use the maintenance product she suggested also. I am very happy for the services I received from Roze in the garden department she was helpful and able to educate me about the products. She is awesome.

Purchased window treatments for my entire home. Vicki was wonderful and very patient in helping me select the window treatments that were appropriate for my home. John Sadler also provided help, and expedited the process so that we could have the window treatments installed before Christmas. Excellent Job overall!!

Ease in finding products. Reasonable prices and quick check out.

Whenever I enter this Home Depot, an associate always says "hi" and always offers assistance. Today at the refund counter, I was returning the wrong size light bulbs and repurchasing the correct size. At many retailers, I would be told to go back in the check out lane. But not at #1955 in Oak Lawn. Associate at customer service refunded my items and rerang my new items and I was on my way within minutes, all being very pleasant and all this during this busy holiday season. Thumbs up Home Depot for such a great staff.

The store was clean and very organized and everyone was very helpful and informative and the Lady at the Paint desk really was knowledgeable.

I would not recommend purchasing flooring material or installation. They sent wrong flooring and additional cost to level floor was $3,000. If associate had told me this, I would have gotten my own installer. Also delay caused me to cancel thanks giving dinner in my home.I am very sadden and frustrated by this experience.

I find items available at this store in stock and on the shelf 90% of the time when I'm using the Home Depot app which saves me time and less headache

I needed help in the paint department. The associate was extremely helpful. I was purchasing discount pre-colored paint: she explained that the only thing wrong with is was the purchaser didn't want "that color-a very dark purple. " I was planning on mixing it with whitish color (also reduced) and only needed a small amount. It was perfect for my use, covered in one coat. Now I have a lighter purple kitchen stool. I love it. I also loved the service and knowledge of the woman in paint!

Had to return a new washer and purchase a different one..whole thing went smoothly and the return was credited to my Home Depot credit card the next day after the delivery guys picked up the returned washing maching.

Shopping with my wife for a washing machine. Regina in appliances was a great help. Stayed late and got the purchase completed. Glad we shopped at that store.

The store layout features are open and airy. I especially like the overall ambience of the store.

I am at the depot ( Oak Lawn ) every morning, I actually am excited to see everyone and feel like a celebrity as I walk in. Marion, betty, Bobby, Joe, Jessica, and Craig all welcome me by name and as I hit the isle's little Steve, Steve, jay, Maureen, Lisa, Angela, and many others also welcome me! it's just a great way to start my day!!! just think how awesome it is to walk into work and to be greeted with smiles and everyone liking to see you!!

As always the Oak Lawn Illinois store is where I always shop this store is great.

Found two products right away, and after looking a little helpless for a minute, two different associates approached me in a friendly manner asking if I needed help. They were able to show me where the two other items were that I needed. Aisles had some merchandise in them, but they were doing an inventory count at the time. Everything was kept clean.

Yesterday's experience was not as good as first thought; the purchase I made yesterday did not work today; the packaging of yesterday's purchase was dusty. Yesterday's abundance of Associates was just the opposite today when I returned yesterday's purchase and still needed a tool to do the job.

Service and availability of product are greatly improved, making it the new 'go to' location.

Home Depot is generally pretty consistent about where they keep their products and that is why it is easy for me to find them. I am always able to find their products in stock. Customer service is pretty good too if you don't have to wait too long to get access to them. I often find that Home Depot is crowded, and if I am in a hurry to get in and out, I don't like it when I have to walk around the store to find someone, or I have to wait in line for customer service. Overall, Home Depot is my store of choice.

i had a very difficult time deciding what color flowers I should get. The cashier comes over and asked me if I need any help and I told her I could not decide what colors to go with after spending 20 minutes with me I went with the colors Christina suggested and till this day I am happy that she was there while I was shopping! The flowers look amazing in my front yard! Christina was a very sweet young lady and very helpful! She made my visit a very pleasant one!
