Employee was available immediately to help me find the items I needed and showed various ones to me to choose from. Very helpful!

This particular store made a rather big and inconvenient mistake - an item for pick up was not there. The store employee, Tami, who helped me was simply wonderful. She recognized how bad her store had screwed up and promptly fixed it. The situation started off bad (we've all been there) and ended quite pleasantly (a rarity), all because of her. Thank you, Tami!

Love the store and shop there all the time. Cashier was not friendly this time and kind of out of control. this is the only time this has happened.

I had an accident on your floor and I was not offered any assistance by your team after there was visible blood on my leg due to the poor packaging (cardboard box opened and metal parts fell out). I dislike how you only offer self checkout options and I had a very poor experience as I hobbled out of your store bleeding.

The quality of their Lumber seems to be poor at best. I also find that their loading zone is always full of Shoppers rather just those folks that are loading. Isles are also always cluttered. Hard to navigate through. Employees don't seem to care about the appearance of the store.

The store and store employees were great. The employees were very knowledgeable and tried to help me resolve problems and make selections that I needed to make for a home remodel job. I was disappointed that some of the items I wanted were only available on-line, because there are some discounts that are only offered in-store. Home Depot corporate policy regarding discounts is not very accommodating when it comes to on-line purchases. IF you are going to offer discounts, make them easy to access.

The store appears to be well managed. The store is clean and very well stocked. The workers are always friendly and smiling and asking to help you. It's a pleasant store to shop at.

I had a chance to be assisted with tools by Jack who was so great! He helped me by explaining the merits of each product line. He gave his opinion when asked of the tools that lasted the longest and also were the best buy. I ended up purchasing a Rigid 12 in Mitersaw with the lifetime guarantee. When I checked out Brooke helped me fill out the Home Depot application for a card. It was a pleasant exchange and I appreciated both employees and thier professionalism! I seem to go there about 3 times a week. The employees are great. The only problem is I wish the store was closer to our house.

Check out person was really friendly and talked to my mom while she was giving her the info for mt purchase. Always clean the only problem I see is not enough employees to help customers in specific areas.

This store contains some of the most friendly, attentive and helpful representatives that I have ever seen. The most notable being LENN! This was my very first time ever shopping in a Home Depot, as I figured they would be pricey. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that their prices are actually very fair and they have a lot of good deals! This Ogden store was absolutely fabulous. I did not see one staff member on their phone, because they were proactively assisting their customers with a genuine attitude - which was refreshing to witness. The store itself was clean and clutter-free. I cannot think of one negative thing to say. The fact that Lenn was so helpful and wentertainment above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly how to fix the issue and what to do if that didn't work. THANK YOU FOR TRAINING YOUR STAFF CORRECTLY!!

Not just another big box store, the folks here really seemed concerned about helping you to find what you need. If you are looking for a home appliance, ask for Constance, she will not steer you wrong, and really knows her stuff. All of the folks I have encountered at this store have always been polite and helpful. If anything, they might be stretched a bit thin, but maybe that means they are busy and business is good. I would recommend this store over others in this chain based on their customer service excellence.
