I love this Home Depot! Everyone who works there is knowledgeable in their department and extremely helpful! No other Home Depot can hold a candle to the amazing employees this one has! Al in lumber, Duane in tools, Charlie in piping, Rex in appliances and Jerry in plumbing! They all have helped me over the years accomplish my DIY projects and their fantastic! I feel like this home depot seeks me out in every department to make sure I get what I need. If your a women and you feel self conscious going into a hardware store, just go here, they’ll take good care of you! And if you have a well behaved pup they’ll give him a treat. They always have a pocketful for my dog he gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot he loves it there! Keep up the good work ya’ll!

This store has a lot of inventory of Trex deck product that other Home Depot stores do not have. It was a wonderful experience shopping and purchasing this product from this store. I also had to make a special order and it was taken care of in a very professional manner at the Pro desk. This is my favorite Home Depot store hands down!

What a horrible experience. Although WE found the products we were looking for there was absolutely no assistance for these big ticket items. The store was clean. The associates were not as helpful and the management was disappointing.

It's always a pleasure to shop at Lake Orion Home Depot. The store is clean. The staff has been friendly and helpful with every visit that I needed to make at this location. My purchases have been from appliances, paint supplies, boxes, light bulbs, to gardening plants and equipment, just to list some of the purchases I have made at this location. I'm never disappointed.

Also, there's another nice lady Joann was very friendly , she supported me check out as the first experience become Pro member program, so does Maria. These two ladies just made my day. I felt so sorry about forgetting to ask her name. The nicest paint lady who works on that day Aug.02 in the evening shift, a blond hair reaches her shoulder with waved hair. She helped me with the paint rewards program and helped register on line at store. She rocks! I really enjoy shopping at this store. The people are very professional and outstanding. Shop there, feel like home, it makes you feel warm and welcome. Thumbs up!

This Lake Orion Store always has enough employees that are helpful. Most other store's employees ignore me. I needed help and the employee stopped what he was doing and walked me to the isle where my part was. It is always clean and neat, and the employees are always friendly and helpful

the store was in order and exceptionally clean with service advisors and floor personnel approachable and making eye contact instead of running off when they see a customer

Last year when I needed help with some replacement boards for my deck I received lost of assistance from a gentleman who explained the differences in the boards you had in stock and what to look for in replacing them. He also helped us select the best boards for our job. Another time a gentleman at the paint counter offered to provide some samples of paint to take home and try out on walls before purchasing a whole gallon. That was very helpful.

This store isn’t always the closest store for me, but I prefer it because it’s alwasy clean and the employees are extremely friendly. Emma was my cashier today and she even took the time to ask how my day was and talk with my little one. I’m a forever customer here.
