This store always seems friendlier than other Home Depot stores. The staff seems to be more joyful, knowledgeable, energetic and want to be extra helpful.

The store was clean and organized, with only a few things in the aisles. The associate at the pro desk is knowledgeable and professional and willing to assist each time I visit.

This location is my favorite for excellent customer service.

From the door greeter to the associates in the departments, everyone is so nice, friendly and helpful

From the greeting coming in the door by self check when we thought we walked in the "wrong" door but were still greeted with a smile and a "good afternoon welcome to Home Depot" to the help we received in paint to the fast and fabulous cashier who made sure we didn't forget anything and offered us the opportumity to apply for credit to help finance our home renovations, we had the best ever experience. Thank you Overland, MO. Home Depot!!!

I find the store very well organized and if I'm not sure where to find something I can always find someone to help me. The garden shop is very well kept and the associates have helped me out quite a few times.

I go to this Home Depot store about 2 times a week and have always enjoyed the experience there. The sales reps have have always been so helpful, well knowledge and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this store to everyone thats looking for an organized, clean and very helpful home remodeling/hardware store

Most of the aisles were impassable. The Associates seemed to be bothered by customers who asked for assistance. The associate sold me the wrong product. They seem to have no knowledge of what the store carries, nor do they seem to have any experience in customer service. They do not have knowledge to help with any do it yourself products. I felt as if I was a bother to them. The store felt very unwelcoming.

This store has the best employees ever! they are always helpful and I'm always met with a smile. No matter the time of day or night that I have entered the store everyone is always pleasant, the store is always clean. The employees seem happy which says a lot about the company

I, and now my grown children, have been customers of three of your stores for many years--the stores in Overland, in Bridgeton and in Brentwood. The employees are well-informed and helpful. I always enjoy seeing the new products and services that are displayed.

I had a most pleasant experience at the Overland Home Depot. The staff was especially cheerful and helpful. Janis (who was very new) was so happy to go above and beyond to help me as well as Minnetta. I decided to apply for a Home Depot charge card and Chris Lewis was amazingly helpful and kind. My experience was a 10!

I went in this store to purchase some paint for a room remodel and get some bug spray and bombs to debug my home and had a wonderful experience! The store associate in the paint dept was VERY helpful and i would recommend this location to all my friends and family :) I even got a $10 rebate on my $27.00 gallon of paint which was a HUGE unexpected bonus!! A+++++++++!!!

The only assistance I needed was where to go and find what I wanted to purchase and the person was very helpful and nice.

The store is always clean and well organized. The associates are always willing to help and know what you need-in fact we one time had an associate point out we didn't need the part for the sink but we needed the entire piece which in fact saved us a few pennies, it was just the idea he went out of his way to help and save us a little. It also worked perfectly and solved the problem. We appreciate the time the associates take helping.

The restroom looked as though a tornado had hit it . I went and found a store associate and ask them what was the problem. Out of all the Homedepot that I have shopped in this one by far is the worst, The associates and management has unpleasant attitudes.

This is usually the Home Depot I always go to for what I need. I hardly ever leave there empty handed. This was my first time shopping for gardening items, and I found everything I needed. :) People are friendly, and helpful when you need them. :)

I always go to the checkout line that Karey is working because she is helpful and has an amazingly upbeat attitude. She was particularly helpful to me when I was trying to purchase some pegboard yesterday and the prices weren't well marked. You go, Karey!

store associate never helped with anything the cashier was lazy and didnt take the time to watch her drawer to see if she was low so i had to take coins instead of dollars then when i went to get them exchanged at the service desk the associate was very rude in telling my that i had to purchase more in order for her to open the drawer i will never again visit and will make sure that my family no longer supports this location

I came in for a special order double garage door. The help I received from R...... and K...... was just wonderful. Once I found out I needed a low clearance adapter, D...... came to the rescue. What a great job HD.

This store is very clean with excellent associates. I find more of a variety of items at this store than the store closer to where I live.

Lawn and garden associates were very helpful in recommending a new product that may solve the problem I have been having for 30 years. Hardware associates need were not very helpful in finding proper bolt I needed. I had to locate size board and locate bolt myself. Bolt drawers not kept organized. I tried to organize the bolt drawer but associate said vendor would do that.
