I stopped by to purchase some plants and garden accessories. I found what we were looking for with exception of a hose gasket. We cashed out and remembered we needed bag of potting soil. The cashier let me know that the 2/$12 price would be $10.98 for 1 so she rang up another single bag offering for $5.98. After searching the garden center and not finding the product. I asked a male associate if he could pull himself away from his text conversation on his cellphone and help me find this potting soil. He could not locate it either. I selected another bag of potting soil from near the register. It was $1 more that what I had already purchased. A second male associate walked up and attempted to do the exchange but was not allowed to accommodate at this register. He instructed me to go to Customer Service. CS was backed up so when we finally got to exchange the product we returned to the garden center to exit to our vehicle which was parked near the gate. The same associate that sent me to CS had locked the gate and refused to open it for us. He said we lock the gate at 8. I looked at my watch it was 7:50. I told him you knew we were coming back to exit. I asked if he would unlock the gate and he said no. That is no way to treat your customer. I will never patronize this store ever again. It is the worst. I understand the difficulties of hiring quality employees, it is near chronic and getting worse. I will patronize only a business that attempts to appreciate a loyal customer.

Only reason I recommend this store is because they actually had what I wanted in stock. CUSTOMER SERVICE is mostly non existent. Amazing how many employees walked by and never even looked my way. I even called the store and told someone i was in the bathroom vanities and needed help.. 10 min later...still no one. Except for a young lady named Cheyenne who happened to see me and stopped. She was what you need more of!

I was very satisfied with my experience with Home Depot. I got a great Buy on a gas stove. The only slight disappointment that I have is my husband did not receive a 10% discount from his Veteran's duties, which I still believe even though the item was on sale he should have received. Other than that I was very satisfied

I'm a Air Force Veteran and the Home Depot has always had a discount for me. The service is usually the best I really like to use Home Depot other than other stores. Thanks for all your help over the years.

I was hesitant about shopping but needed to see some items in person. I was very happy to see a sanitizing/ wash station at the entrance and that all employees were masked. I recieved assistance from Jesse who went above and beyond in assisting us, our cashier helped to ring me up through self checkout, and another cashier, Deanna, took the time to double check a price by going back to the shelf to verify. The prices were comparable to the other "box store" but the extra friendly help I recieved made this my new "go to" store.

The Oxford, Alabama Home Depot is always neat, clean well organized and stocked. The management team there is top notch and very helpful, well informed, able to assist the customer and assures that the customer has a very pleasant shopping experience.

I highly recommend the Oxford, Alabama Home Depot to anyone looking to purchase building materials. The store is always neat, clean and well stocked. The employees are very friendly and extremely helpful. The management team including Mark, Kristal,Walt and Katherine always go out of their way to help meet the customer's needs and satisfy their requests.They do so with a great, friendly attitude. They take the time to listen to the customer and assist them anyway possible.

Don't expect to be treated with respect at the customer service desk. I was not.. Seemed to be a racial issue..

The employees at this store are awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and know their products. During this pandemic we appreciated that there were hand sanitizers to use plus all employees were wearing a mask.

Roger was very helpful in helping to locate an appliance that was within our general requirements and could be delivered in a somewhat timely manner considering the lack of current supplies.

This particular Home Depot Store is trustworthy in getting your project accomplished. They almost always have the product on hand to complete your particular project. The staff is always a great help to their customers.

The cashier (Jamie) was very helpful and friendly helping me finish finding the items I needed as well as helping me load them on my truck.

Terrible special order service. I paid for a lumber special order which was in stock when I paid for it(I physically checked this for myself). Two days later I got to Oxford to pick it up and they had sold my entire special order to another customer. They refunded me my money. Thanks for the complete waste of time.

Curbside pickup was a breeze, associate was helpful from the moment I called to let them know I had arrived, to advising me where to park to loading all items into my trunk. Moving during this time has been stressful but my experience here helped to ease some of the stress. I will absolutley use this store and this service again.

This store has "nailed it", and you should take advantage of that performance for yoursele.

Going into this store I assumed I would have to track down a employee and beg for help and hope they knew something at all but I was so delighted when this young lady sat down with me and helped me order not only the cabinets in her department but my lumber, sheetrock, lighting and more. She was so patient with me and even tried to help me save money. She gave me her card in case I had any questions!!! I have NEVER had anyone offer me their card at a home improvement store before. It was awesome! Top notch!

I bought flooring from Home Depot and was promised a 2 day instillation. It took 4 weeks for Home Depot to install my floors. In this 4 weeks I had 3 different installers sent to my house.There were many issues with ordering and communication with the Manager and one of his assistants. One piece of quarter round that was placed in my bathroom was damaged and I was promised that it would be replaced. The last installer came today and there was not enough quarter round to fix the damaged quarter round. Although Home Depot made many mistakes in measuring I'm the one that had to suffer for it. At one time was even told that Home Depot would not pay for the mistake and guess what they didn't. So to finish my floors I had to fork out more money than I was first quoted because who wants a half finished flooring job! Will never use this Home Depot again!!!

The store employees were very friendly and very helpful. Amanda and Amy in the Appliance and flooring department helped me find the products i needed in a timely manner. The cashier Brittany that checked me out was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

The store was clean and clearly marked. The associates were friendly and helpful. I will continue to drive past several other home building supply stores to come to this store. It was easy to find the help I needed in each department I visited.
