Everyone was helpful and took their time to help me. I felt that I was heard and offered support throughout the store.

I’ve shopped here since the store opened and this is the second time in over 20 years that an employee with a little authority bestowed upon them has insisted that I produce ID with the sale. Being a general contractor I have my clients card, I explain, even offer to do the over phone payment method, all to a stone faced no. Makes no sense whatsoever to have your freaking customers do self checkout and then randomly have an employee suggest that you’re some type of criminal and to cough up your ID. I went home, ordered online then drove back and got my merchandise out of the self serve locker. Two freaking trips, infuriating.

The chip reader is constantly acting up. The older machines worked better than the current ones. This particular cashier listened to my comment about the chip reader and thanked me for my patience.

So glad when I find employees like Adonis, who knows his product and is completely happy to help customers. Not all your employees act that way.

So glad that Home Depot has their own line of products. I bought their own brand of carpet shampoo for a cheaper price than their competitors.

Delmi is such a delight. She is very helpful.

Don't get your keys duplicated there. The machine did not cut the key properly, which of course I did not know until I got all the way home and tried it in the door. Now I will have to go all the way back there to get a refund. The store may be good for some things, but not for keys.

Before th pandemic, their staff were mostly busy and they did not have enough. Now, they have enough to help you whenever and wherever you need one. Big difference from the past.

Friendly neighborhood Hardware store. In the middle of all who would need home repairs and projects. Ample parking and helpful staff.

I'm happy to have one of the Home Depot store near me. We bought here a lot of things to make our fresh start here in CA much more comfortable and smooth. I like the lay out of products, and the customer service is superb! Also I appreciate the discounts and special prices, it makes the shopping more attractive and pleasant.

I usually can find everything I need on my own. It's nice that when I could use some help staff stops even when busy, to help me or to get help to me.

Steve was the upmost helpful and everyone else is super kind. A good place to go if you need help with something.

Everyone I ran into was very friendly and helpful. I had to leave my purchase at customer service so I could go home to get my car, and when I returned they had put my item where it would be safe and they checked my receipt before letting me leave with it .

I would like to commend Val Echeveria (the Filipino guy) for a job well done. Yesterday while shopping around for a fridge, he approach me and acknowledge as customer that needs help, while he was also busy operating a forklift. Waited for him to settle and from there he was very helpful checking for fridge availability and estimated delivery date. he has shown enthusiasm for his work and has taken his responsibilities above par. Motivated employee like him are the pride and a great assets of the Home Depot Vannuys. I also would like to commend "Casse" from the customer service department she was very helpful and attentive to customer making my experience shopping in Home Depot wonderful. Thank you!

Arturo and Mark went above and beyond in the Building Department to help me. With their knowledge of materials and by asking what project I was trying to accomplish. I had the wrong materials in my cart and they found the correct materials for me, the right size and helped me cut it to the exact measurements. Thank you so much!! These two guys deserve a raise!!

Spring appears to be very early this year, and the garden center may not have everything you need. Unfortunately, on our last visit, the bare root strawberry plants we purchased had active fungus, which may apply to the entire display carton. Expect shortages in some departments.

This is one Home Depot where the employees are incredibly helpful and caring. I'm so fortunate to have this one as my local store. Karisma in flooring special ordered me some of my flooring that was closed out five years ago which I needed due to some recent water damage. Amazing.

Abigail showed me excellent customer service. There was an issue with me returning an item I purchased, but Abigail made sure to go the extra mile and take care of me. It was seamless and she had a great attitude the whole time. All I had to do was wait patiently (it didn't take long at all) and she did all the work. Thanks Abigail!
