I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot location for nearly a decade... this store keeps improving not only the service but the quality and variety of product available. Staff knows where everything is and most of the time I’m able to find what I need. Recently I purchased a bathroom fan online... the fan arrived at the store but it was damaged so the managers automatically sent it back for a new one and notified me of the situation... Up on pick up when the new fan arrived... a extremely nice old lady named Carol (spelled wrong) went above and beyond to find my item in the receiving department even tho the store was minutes from closing at 10PM!!! Thank you again!

THE STORE THRIVES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, FROM A FULL SELECTION ON ALL APPLIANCES, LIGHT BULBS (SOME OF US REALLY LIKE LIGHT BULBS), RUGS, MIRRORS AND CLEANING SUPPLIES TO A CLEAN AND ORGANIZED STORE -- EVEN THE RESTROOM IS ALWAYS IMPECCABLE.

I came into the store and asked the cashier, Danteja, where to get certain items, she helped me to the best of her ability and when she wasn’t sure about something she sent me to someone who could help. She made me feel like my experience in the store matter and was important.

overall this store always has the things I need except the yellow gloves with black coating 0000-343-435, but Vinnie from pro desk is always very helpful, he goes out of his way to help me find things I cant like the gloves that are never on the shelves , I would also like to know why I don't get emails for discounts or coupons when I spent $27K so far this year

I love the Passaic location the best. Very clean and helpful staff, especially Nandi! She was awesome, helped me on the phone and in store.

I always find the exact product I'm looking for. The employees and I have built a very good relationship. We know each other by name. These associates always go above and beyond to assist me. My whole house was remodeled using Home Depot materials. Roofing, siding, kitchen, bath, flooring, paint, electrical, plumbing and lighting. It was a tall feat but they helped me achieve it!

Staff were helpful and so Manager .This help in choosing the product and price very much reasonable.

The store personnel are helpful. The shelves could be better organized. Sometimes the inventory could be better; too many out of stock items

Compared with another hardware stores is not too bad.

I receive assistance from KOKO, my favorite employee at Paint Department and many other wonderful employees and other Dpt. and i received a great service.

Great store and open on Sunday! Bergen County is closed so this is a great option.

I will not return .. I have been a LOYAL homedepot customer since the first day the Clifton NJ store opened,, Passaic is an easier drive
