This particular location suffers from the employees lack of concern. On two occasions we have made purchase in excess of $10000 and finally asked for a refund due to the lack of satisfaction.

Andy in the tool rental area was absolutely amazing and helpful during my visit. Out of 4 employees, he was the only one willing to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. The other three, just pointed and directed me to an area, Andy however WALKED WITH ME, used his resources to find the exact product I was looking for, ALL while he was walking with the assistance of a cane and apologizing(?) that he was moving slowly?! Which I didn't mind at all, I was just beyond excited that he was willing to assist, and he did by going above and beyond! Andy is the reason that I will be coming back to this store!! Outstanding experience!!

Phenomenal customer service! Unlike any store I have been in around the Atlanta metro area. Today Brian and Keith were the stars on a team of all stars! This is the store where all associates should train! Whatever is going on here, don't change it!

On 10/19/18 I purchased a dryer form this store. I was told this dryer was not in stock and would be delivered on 10/25/18. When I called to check status of delivery I was told they were unable to locate order even though I received an email confirmation with order number. I was told to start over with my order and get a new delivery date. I find this unacceptable customer service. I felt like they were saying "to bad" there's nothing we can do. Home Depot could not put me next on delivery or rush order, just get to back of line and start over. Not even any compensation for my inconvenience. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

the store is nice but the carpet service i would not recommend
