Had excellent service while purchasing a generator yesterday. The staff was calm, professional and helpful during the storm preparations frenzy. We were lucky enough to be there when truck of generators came in and were able to purchase one. Staff handled situation of more people wanting to purchase and generators available in a calm, fair manner. Wish I had the guy's name who checked us out. He helped my husband load it in our truck. He exhibited exceptional customer service!

After having a terrible customer service experience at Lowes I went to Home Depot where I had the best shopping experience ever. Home Depot helped me with my needs immediately! I had the best reliable professional help. Thank you Home Depot! Customer for life!

My Home Depot is always in stock of what I need. In the rare occasion that the store does not carry a particular item, an associate will gladly check to see if the item can be ordered. Very professional and knowledgeable staff.

One of the best HD stores and I visit them often.

I think the employees at the Pearland store are very friendly. Today Stan Partida assisted me with an order for fence materials and signed me up as a Pro Member. Stan was extremely helpful in explaining the benefits of Pro Membership. He provided his business card and offered to help me anytime if I wanted to call. I was very impressed with Stan's customer service.

FINALLY! STABILITY IN STAFF! It's really nice to finally be able to walk into a store with the same employees! Everyone here is extremely nice, you will always get greeted with a smiling face walking through these doors, if you need help someone is able to assist you almost immediately! I have to say, it's great to finally find a Home Depot where people actually seem to enjoy their jobs and love helping their customers! Also, pet friendly, my dog comes with me all the time dog and loves it here! It's like her second home! Thank You Home Depot!!!! :)

The Home Depot #6543 in Pearland was exceptionally helpful and has excellent employees especially one named Jim who not only helped me find the items I needed but loaded them in the car for me even on Black Friday. I was amazed at how courteous JIm was. This was my first visit to Home Depot, and it won't be my last.

I received excellent help with solving my garden problem. The employee was very helpful and took time to advise me on the products that would help me.

The store employee that I came into contact with on one of my shopping trips was very helpful. This being one of those days that nothing could go right. He was very diligent in making sure I was helped, and got the information that I required. He never gave up, and was able to get me past a very frustrating morning.

At this Home Depot I have always received excellent customer service, whether it be at the customer service counter or on the floor employees are available and knowledgeable.

I live closer to a Home Depot on El Dorado in Friendswood, TX. I drive to this Home Depot in Pearland because of the cleanliness and knowledgable staff. They are always helpful and friendly and take pride in their work. They obviously have the customer's interest foremost in their work ethic! I will more than gladly drive a little further to get what I need from Home Depot. This entire team is an asset to your organization!
