Likeing the face lift at cust arc & check out counters

the service in this store sucks anymore. employees think they are doing you a favor by being there. you almost have to lose your temper to get any service. the service here is the reason internet shopping is taking control, who wants to shop and get crappy service. not the home depot i worked in.

Had to pick out product to update two bathrooms at the same time. Store employees were extremely friendly, patient, and there was an excellent stock supply of products! Best Home Depot experience. I will definitely make this location my go-to store when visiting a Home Depot!

Dedicated workers, courteous cashiers, and the return counter had more help than the Home Depot store that my husband usually goes to because it is closer to our house. The Home Depot in Miramar, FL.He likes the one in Pembroke Pines a lot better. He made a comment to me today that he liked the Return Counter set up better in the Pembroke Pines store much better than the one in Miramar.

Store manager would come see me at paint department the color machine had been broken for a while.

Store is clean and most employees are friendly. You will find excellent help at the Plumbing Department - find Ray if you have plumbing questions. Also the garden center employees are very helpful.

This store is always neat and clean, including the restrooms. I believe there are not enough sales associates on the weekends.

This store was well stocked with pretty neat shelves. The employees knew their stuff. They were helpful and most were quite knowledgeable. They go out of their way for you every time walking you to the aisle and shelf location making it easier and faster to find what we are looking for.

No one almost never answers the phone over there; and I feel that the manager Victor doesn't care about taking care of business. I have been treated like trash; and you know what? I am a Home Depot stock holder. Victor or a delivery driver lied about not being able to get to a place because of a truck being too big; please allow me to send you a pic of the container entrance. There are at lease 10 containers in the yard then it has to be a big place. Victor is sending a smaller truck in the morning; thinking about it he told me that a flat bed truck was coming.

Absolutely horrible service from the employees, they don't have knowledge of where anything is at in the store! very disappointed

Yes this shopping experience was great in comparison to other stores because of the customer service. The cashier, Monique located at the pembroke pines location on hiatus road was extremely friendly and helpful. She was patient and assisted me in creating a home depot credit card and was able to answer all questions that I asked.

This store is a little out of the way for me but I dont like the one where I live. I came to get some information on remodeling my bathroom. Caarman Pino was extremely helpful and patient. We set up an appointment to have someone come out to do measurements and I am looking forward to speaking with her about products and designing in the near future. I definitely recommend this store.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this Home Depot. Once I entered the store and started looking the employees were very helpful and showed me exactly what I was looking for and where it was at. When I went to pay the cashier was friendly and very courteous. It was an enjoyable experience.
