Can always find a friendly employee to answer questions or help. Usually they take you to the item. We find this Home Depot has great customer service!

I bought a window AC that is $50 higher than other Home Depot stores. No one can explain why the price is different or why they cannot price match their own store.

We went in to buy a specific product but Brenda had some meaningfull information about our problem and pointed out some other products. She was very helpful.

Had a frustrating issue pop up with an online order so called the store and was blown away with the help I received in completing my order over the phone. Associate had to use two different systems to get the job done. At no point did he seemed frustrated with the computers but always cheerful. He placed my order and thanked me for the business! Honestly felt like going to a local hardware store!

You have several excellent cashiers but Arrian is always a pleasure to run into. She is full of life and very complimentary. She should be the face of Home Depot.

GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE! I NORMALLY DO NOT SIGN UP FOR CREDIT CARDS, OR DO ANY REWARDS DEALS AS IT SEEMS TO BE A BURDEN IN THE STORE AND TAKE FOREVER. I DID NOT EVEN NOTICE IF I WAS THERE FOR A MINUTE LONGER. ITS EASY TO GET CAUGHT UP IN THE DAILY GRIND AND JUST GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS. SHE WAS GENUINELY NICE AND GENUINELY CARED ABOUT THE CONVERSATIONS SHE WAS HAVING WITH CUSTOMERS AS SHE SWIFTLY MOVED US THROUGH THE LINE

Every time I go to the store I am greeted in the isles, at check out. At competitor stores I can not find anyone to help me.

The associates at this store are so nice. They really make shopping here enjoyable. When I can't find something, they help me find it, rather than just pointing me in the general direction.

Go find Tim he can find anything and can also tell you how to use the tools or the extra items you will need so your not making a dozen trips.

Well organized and clean. Employees are nice and always willing to help.

Recommend a store map at the entry or direction arrows on the floor. For example, Orange arrow stating, follow me to Hardware, Paint, Millwork, etc.

We have done several updates to our home through this store and have always been pleased. Shutters, Carpet, Flooring, Appliances, Granite Counter Tops, etc. We have benefited from 0% financing and special buys along with free installations, estimates, etc.

I just recently purchased all new kitchen appliances and the experience was very nice.

I'm not one to write reviews unless I'm extremely surprised and happy with a recent experience: I visited the store on a Sunday night 20 minutes before close. I had a question for a gentleman stocking shelves and we began talking about my kitchen countertop project that had been stalled by another countertop company. Within minutes provided me an estimate based on my existing countertop measurements and I left with a preliminary quote in my hand. The following morning, I received a call from the Countertop Specialist and he was following up on my quote from the night before. He answered all of my questions based on some pictures of my kitchen that I e-mailed. Today, a week from that phone call, I ordered my new kitchen countertops and I could not be more pleased with the ease of the process from Home Depot thus far!

This Home Depot is great -- not only because of the selection of items -- but mostly because of the EMPLOYEES! They are awesome! The store is always well staffed, and multiple employees ask if I need assistance every time I go in. They are always smiling, friendly, and helpful -- and I have never been ignored or brushed off or treated rudely. This is the only home improvement store I go to now - for these reasons!

I've never had a bad experience at this store. I use the home depot app often, and it's usefulness combined with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff makes a great customer service combination. 10/10 would recommend

This store was clean, friendly, and well stocked. Had everything we came for and due to the friendliness and knowledge of the appliance salesperson, we bought a new refrigerator upon her finding us a great deal and her friendly customer service.
