Friendly and helpful staff. Check out is always a breeze. They always have what I need and stock their shelves good!

I go out of my way to go to this store(it's further from house) than go to the other store on Highland(White Lake TWP),or the one in Auburn Hills. There seems to be more products there than White Lake, & the employees are more affable than either White Lake, or Auburn Hills.

I've been shopping at the Home Depot in Pontiac since it opened .Last visit was not good. I won't be back.

If you are every in need of help, seek out Laverne. She has gone above and beyond for me in the past and did so again yesterday.

This store is always my first stop when I am shopping for project materials. They are the best!!!!

This store and all of its employees always go the extra mile to be sure I get what I need and within a reasonable amount of time. What more can a customer ask for. I always go there first when I am working on a project.

I came in to make a purchase. On the display item they had 268.00 on the price display tag in front of the box they had 248.00. They gave me the 248.00 price, but would not give me the Veterans Discount!! Told me since I received the lower price they could not give me the VA discount. I'm sure they have overcharged people and they didnt realize it. It is not my fault that the employee's at Home Depot displayed the wrong price. I believe I should not have been penalized for your mistake.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff

This is the only store in the City of Pontiac. Very friendly employees. Good prices. They have almost everything.

This store is my favorite one to shop at. The staff is beyond friendly and accessible. Although it is always super busy I am able to find what I need and have great assistance when I am looking for help. I will drive extra miles and pass by 4 other hardware stores to go to this Home Depot. I thank the staff there for all that they do and hope they are treated well by the corporation.

The store was clean, associates were helpful in making better choices in merchandise for me.

Very disappointed that the Management is failing to follow state mandates for masks to be worn in indoor public places. If the store management has no respect for the safety of it's shoppers why shop there. I will now shop elsewhere.

I visited the Pontiac store this morning. 5/30/2020. I purchased a lawnmower and tried to use two gift cards. One, apparently was in my wife's name. Sharon rejected it. I asked to talk to the manager. Dan was too busy to come up but gave Sharon the OK to use it. She cancelled the transaction and ran the card through in my wife's name but the original card would not. She said she knew it would not be available for 24 hours and I would have to come back. First, other cashiers have taken gift cards in my wife's name with out any issues. But she knew by cancelling the transaction it would not go back through, POOR CUSOMER SERVICE. And why would Dan not come talk to me. I may be visiting a competitor down the street.

They overcharge the customer and try to convince you that they aren't.

Always find what I need at good prices. Store personnel very friendly.

I like the store and the layout.

The store was very clean and friendly especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Even though I know associates are probably working harder than they have before it was still a smiling and welcoming face from walking into the store to assistance if you may need it. I was in and out very quickly and highly recommend this location over others

All the employees we encountered working Saturday night were friendly & very helpful. They weren't pushy and took the time to help us so close to closing time. Wish more places of business had workers like this.

Good news

I came into the store with multiple painting projects that I needed to get done but didn’t really know where to start- or even what I needed. Laverne in the paint department was so kind ,knowledgeable and very willing to help! She made fantastic suggestions and helped me pick out everything that I needed for the type of projects I had going on. She helped me pick out quality tools and paint while helping me stay within my budget. She really made my shopping trip a lot easier and a very positive experience.

The home depot store in Pontiac Michigan 2701 was very respectable, nice & easy to deal. The employees help me search and find the product I needed. I was very happy to have them help me, when I needed there help, the store made sure I found what I needed & they were generous & nice!

This is an excellent store to do business with. Their personnel are helpful, their tool rental personnel are a pleasure to deal with, and their lumber area is well stocked.

Please improve your client service in this store. There are 2 other home improvement stores less than a minute for this one that provides better service.

What I love most about this store in particular is how friendly, personable, and knowledgeable the employees are. I've never been dissatisfied. If the product wasn't available, They would assist me with making the order on line from the store. If I was in need of assistance, they were always there.
