Plenty of stock and clean. Decent prices. But good luck finding an employee to help if you need one. Plenty in sight, but hard to get their attention. All seemed in a hurry or on their phone!

The people in paint were very nice and helpful. The checkout was horrible. Kept getting told to switch where we were. Each employee said something else.

Clean inside and out.Well marked isles.Everything you need or would want. Very friendly workers to assist me with my task. They have a great rental department with everything. Quick check outs and the helpful.

I'm in the middle of a tile tub/ shower enclosure. for two weeks now I've been laying it out. type of tile, design pattern yes, I'm OCD and an over thinker. I live between the White Lk.. and Auburn Hills location. I'm there at least twice a week some times twice a day. Often leaving with nothing, feeling overwhelmed and needing a nap. Today on my way home from work I stopped off at your location trying yet again to figure what mosaic tile I was going to use for a accent stripe near the top. WOW.... not only was your display was impressive, the selection was amazing. The numbers on the displays actually matched the products on the shelf. I was able to make my decision within 10 minutes, and feel relieved and confident with my purchase. I typically don't fill out a surveys or go looking for a manager to give kodo's but today I felt I should. GREAT JOB!

Exceptional customer service experience...

Need more employees.

I would not come back to this store. The employee that was "helping" us had a huge chip on her shoulder, was rude and disrespectful. She was annoyed that I wanted her to cut the window covering that I chose regardless of the fact that I did not have the window dimensions. I DID have the old blind and asked her to just match the same dimensions as the one I brought with me to the store. So, resentfully she did cut the blind for me....two inches too large (just to make sure I had to come back to get it re-cut). It feels to me like the employees here go out of their way to be mean.

The new checkout procedure is terrible. They need to go back to the previous sensible line and layout or I will be forced to shop at one of the other two stores in the area.

This store is the friendly place..sales people will come ask you if you need any help with a smile..they treat you with kindness..and if they dont know something they will call for assistant with no proublem.GOOD FOLKS

Customer service from the employees at this store is amazing. There always willing to help, have great attitudes. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to help me with my projects.

Does not honor military discount .

This Home Depot is conveniently located near my home and I shop here often. This store is always clean and inventory is organized and easy to find. Associates are knowledgeable and always offer assistance. Also the cashiers are friendly and quick to get you checked out.

I enjoy going to this store, it is quite clean and very convenient for me. They are very helpful with my construction needs. They work very hard whenever I have a question and resolve it quickly. Everybody should go there!

This place makes one (and myself) feel comfortable. It is cool and it is interesting to me to see all the wonderful products. They are fun! And easy to find. The store is fine but I would not recommend the carpet flooring department. After two failed products and the installers breaching the agreement twice they wanted to charge a restocking fee for something that had nothing to do with me. Handy overall but not the customer service or knowledge the Home Depot had when they first became popular.

My experience was awesome

I just filled out a survey and totally forgot something. This is completely irrelevant but this store has the cleanest restroom I have ever been in outside my home. And I'm including women's speciality stores. :)
