Bought gas water heater employees are very helpful and friendly

I have always been greeted by employees and when I need assistance they can be very helpful.

To much clutter in the main isles, ladders not being used, took me a long time to find out where the rock salt was located, Price not marked, hard to find employee to answer question

Ft Gratiot Home Depot is probably the best HD I have ever shopped. I have since changed my online shopping store from Saginaw to Port Huron/Ft Gratiot for all my online HD shopping needs!

I live in Grand Rapids and have a place in Lexington. The service at the PORT HURON HOME DEPOT is by far the best of all the different home improvement stores I shop at in either city.

JoAnn at check out was amazing.

They were able to check stock on are order right away and answered all questions.

From this day forward I will always be buying and having my carpet installed from Home Depot. Great selection wonderful prices. the customer service is fantastic the contractors are fast it was a really easy experience and in these hectic times making things easy for the customer is what matters most!

Our cashier Linda 2733 00001 41242 did a great job. Very helpful. Really friendly. We were able to get everything we wanted. It was in stock just like the website said.

The service I received from "The Home Depot", in Fort Gratiot, MI was excellent. All my questions were answered, from an associate. He took the time to expIain the appliances and warranty to me. I purchase a new Electric Rang and French Door Refrigerator, plus a 5 year warranty. He even called me back at home with some answer some other questions I had. I did my purchased over the phone. This worked out for me. Also, I neighbor of mind made a purchase.

Very clean store and well arranged. It is easy to find what you want there and most times everything is well-stocked. The employees are happy to above and beyond for you and most importantly, to me, they honor our veterans.

Store is very clean and we can find most anything we want easily. If not, the employees there are happy to help and will even go above and beyond for you, if needed.

I had the best sales person today when I was looking to buy a new washer. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He didn't rush me to make a choice, he was very knowledgeable about all the washers. I felt really good when I left the store.

As a senior shopper my questions are always answered as if I was the only one who would ever need that information. I never feel like “ I wish my brother was doing this for me” no, I’m made to feel like I’m important when I enter this store, my question is valid and employees are glad to help me. This store has always been clean.

I have made several visits to the Port Huron/Ft. Gratiot, Michigan store while in the process of remodeling a condominium this past few months. Most every visit I was able to get help quickly and efficiently while in this store. I was especially impressed on June 30th, 2020 when one of your store clerks by the name of Mindy in the appliances section helped myself and my wife through some purchases, returns and re-purchases of several large ticket items in the appliance section of this store. She was not only very helpful but very knowledgable of how to complete this process while balancing several other customers needs.
