Great customer service today from Leslie in the lighting department. Very friendly and helpful.

I needed help finding 3 different items. I was able to find 3 different employees yes, 3 different employees to help me.They we’re so friendly and helpful!!

I would have in the past. Just because employees have to wear a mask, does not mean they don't have to be friendly. I have two family members to are service workers right now and I know the stress of it all. Both times I have been in your store, the two male associated I dealt with were indifferent.

IT MAY BE A GOOD IDEA TO TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE KIND. I AM DECIDED WHETHER OR NOT TO RTURN MY PURCHASE. BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN, IT MAKES ME SAD TO SEE OUR YOUNG PEOPLE SO INCONSIDERATE.

Charlie in electrical is my go to guy. He has helped me multiple times over the years. Every one in the store had a helpful and friendly spirit.

I ordered a washer and dryer online and when they delivered them we found out I needed a gas dryer instead of electric. I called the store and was put on with Jim from appliances. He not only returned the dryer but the parts it came with AND the warranty because it would have only been good for the electric one. He then stayed on the phone with me and ordered the correct dryer and everything that goes with it. He even told me some of the awesome things I can do with this dryer. He was knowledgeable and friendly and completed my order while being wonderful. I am so glad I got him on the phone and I will order all of my appliances from him from now on. THANK YOU JIM!!

Its hard to get help at this store nobody ever asks me if I need help and I always stand around waiting for someone to help me. Associates need customer service skills in which I dont see at this store

I had a wonderful experience with associate/cashier Jennifer she went above and beyond to help me acquire a new credit line after much confusion on the online application. She made sure everything was handled in professional manner, making a frustrating situation easy breezy.....Thanks Jennifer

Home Depot is our "go to" store. They have great prices, a wide selection of items and the employees go out of their way to make sure that you find everything that you're looking for. Always a good experience!

Linda, the Assistant Manager at the Port Huron Home Depot went above and beyond to help my wife and I with a difficult price adjustment issue. Although her store didn’t have the item in inventory, and another store in another state made the order for a Christmas gift for a family member, she called that other store and helped solve our problem. Linda was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely keep this store in mind when buying gifts for relatives in the area. Thank you!

This Home Depot store location is always consistent. The employee's (especially "Melissa") are always helpful and seem to genuinely about their customers. If I ever have questions or concerns, these HD employees are always ready and willing to help me. I value this store over the other competitors and will always return here.

I was in need of stain for my new decks. Went to the paint department where Liz was eager to help me, explain the different types, the ones on sale, how much I needed, and informed me to make sure and prep the deck before staining. Very thankful for her and coworkers help.
