The worst shopping experience I've ever had. I can't believe how hard it was to spend $2,000 and get nothing for it... I'll never spend a dime there again

The associates at this store are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store typically has items in stock and is clean and organized.

While remodeling homes I have found that Home Depot has competitive pricing and even though I have shopped around for the best prices, I usually come back to Home Depot to make the purchase.

They need more workers. Sometimes I can't find help. I do like the way this store is laid out.

Paul in Millworking is the best. More than 25 years of contracting knowledge. I am completely redoing a walk-in master closet. He listened very carefully to my situation, then walked me through exactly how to complete my project. When I first entered the store, I was expecting to have to purchase a table saw along with the other items. Paul provided tips on how to cut the product I need to cut with tools I already have. Now I'm spending the table saw money on a chandelier. Any time I am working on a project, I am going to see Paul in Millworking.

Everyone in the store has been extremely helpful. I’ve been remodeling my home and looking for blinds, paint, grout tile, appliances and everyone in each department has been extremely helpful. Thank you for all your hard work

I would like you to know you have an employee who is very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions Tori in the appliances. Also when visiting at other times I have seen her answer other people's questions on other areas very knowledgeable. I think she is a huge asset to The Home Depot. I know my purchase was saved by her. We did not need to shop around She listened and knew what I wanted/ what worked for me. Awesome customer services

When so many other stores did not have in stock the garden tractor I wanted to buy this store had 4 of them. The employees were great! They helped me on the phone helped me as soon as I came into the store and completed my sale making my shopping experience a real joy. Mark K in Garden, Jonathan in Lumber, Jennifer at the service desk all worked together and made this sale happen for me. My nonrepairable Simplifies tractor was in the shop and I can't cut my grass for a month I needed a tractor asap these people made it happen I'm getting my mower on Monday just 3 days after my purchase. Great store great employees!

Hands down the shopping experience at Home Depot has been better than the other stores of this type. They have the products in stock. The only reason I have 4 stars is they have reduced the registers to 1-2 the rest are self check out. Such a same the government increased the minimum wage and the stores fire employees and make you do the work.

Watch out for price swaps!! On 05/16/2019 I went to this store to buy a refrigerator that had an advertised price of $1098 on their website. I asked for a Military discount (10%) which should have made the total sales price of $988.20. When looking at my bill of sale, the sale price was listed as $1220.01 with a 10% discount of $122.00, which made the total $1098.01!?! Now I am not a math wizard, but a sale price listed on their website should be what is initially charged before a Military discount, agree??? Not happy at all with shady dealings!! If I knew hw to post the paperwork, I would!! Pay close attention to your receipt!! By the way, Linda at the Returns Desk on 05/17/2019 was very kind and helpful in cancelling this order for me. My real name is Nancy and I am not ashamed to use it on this review!!

I purchased a Cub cadet 46" rider model X T1 at the Fort Gratiot store in Michigan and am extremely happy with the rider. I am also very happy with the manager Dave Bertram and the head of the lawn care department. I also appreciate the military discount. I rented a truck from home depot in order to get my rider home for only $20 which was very nice to have. All employers were very helpful and courteous and the store was very clean.

Very well run store, with great, friendly, knowledgeable employees, Decent prices with well-stocked shelves. Always a good variety of merchandise.

Jeanne in the custom counters department was very knowledgeable. She provided suggestions on how to update our bathroom while staying in our budget. She provided ideas that we did not think about. We specifically came back to this Home Depot to order our counter because of the service she provided.
