Very friendly, efficient employees who don't hesitate to go out of their way for you, usually with a smile. The prices are decent, the shelves are always stocked with what I need, Bt=ut,most importantly, as the daughter of a WWII vet, granddaughter of a WWI vet, wife of a 'Nam era vet and the mom of a son who was in the Air Force until 2006, you have my undylng loyalty for all you do for our vets. I wish more could be done.

Clean store, VERY friendly employees. Ruth in appliances was FANTASTIC!!!! Extremely helpful! Got our appliances, great price / deal. The customer service at this place has changed, I will be back as a customer.

The Fort Gratiot Home Depot is an EXCELLENT store to shop in. All products are helpful for homes and businesses, all employees are knowledgeable about the products and their locations in the stores, and all employees are extremely helpful in selecting the product or products you are looking to purchase. Josephine was more than helpful to me in finding batteries for children's books, for my grandsons. My grandsons were SO happy when they were able to push the buttons on the books, to make them talk and/or make various noises, while I read the books. The store is always clean, and the associates were very friendly and helpful As stated earlier, Josephine, went above and beyond to assist me. EXCELLENT!

A great place to shop for any home improvement projects. My first choice before going anywhere else.

Was itching to purchase a drill for my Ryobi collection and it happened that the young lady was there again! She was eager to inform me which location to go to to a tee. Using those sales skills, reminded me to not to forget drill bit accessories. Many thanks again. Very nice selection to choose from.
