Clean store. Very helpful employees. I am not particularly handy and they are helpful without being intimidating.

The manager Lucas and employees Sean & Marty are friendly, courteous, and helpful. I would recommend this store for a wonderful shopping experience to everyone.

The staff at The Home Depot at the Post Road store at the time of my visit was VERY helpful and more than willing to assist me in my order. I will definitely be back for future purchases. All of the productstgat I was looking for were in stock and they were quality products. The store was clean and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

I did not have the receipt for a faucet that I bought at the store. The employees were nice enough to help me find the receipt and their computer system and refund my money. Normally I wouldn't mind having in store credit however, this was a more expensive faucet and having that money was very important. Also it was quite difficult to find the exact faucet I was needing because it was only available online. Ken from the appliance section was nice enough to spend over an hour helping me find the exact one I needed. This was no small task because the computer system was on the fritz. He was very professional and help me despite the problem. Another problem was that I happen to bring only cash so they thought outside of the box and suggested I purchase a gift card to convert the money. And when Kenyatta heard I was $0.10 short offered giving me a dollar to make this purchase. The story is actually even longer than that and at the end of it I left my wallet at the store. LOL from the store manager to the Appliance personnel in other employees I encountered that day it was a great experience despite all the trouble.

April in the Garden Center was extremely helpful and friendly.

I needed help deciding what I needed to complete my project and the cashier Darlene went out of her way to answer the questions I had. She was knowledgeable, and hospitable. Which helped make my trip quick and efficient. Will let my friends know what a great experience I had at this store.

If shopping with little assistance, being frustrated with not having stock and then ringing YOURSELF up is what you like, then by all means shop at Home Depot. There is no reason customers should have to shop and spend money at any business and then become an employee to ring up and leave. Sure you can walk 2 blocks down to Register 4 and wait in line behind heavy construction loads and inexperienced cashiers who can't find a price. Who is minding the store?

The woman at the paint desk was rude, very curt, no eye contact, brusque. And she is the manager of that department.
