I was in and out bought 1 gal of mixed paint very nice young man helped me and i appreciated it i will return!!!

Ordered desired item online (shower insert--Sterling Ensemble) , only to be notified via email that item was on backorder, awaiting manufacture of new units. After 4 weeks, received unit damaged and unusable, wasting my time and my plumbers time. Home Depot in Prescott refused to accept item although it was closer to my home and more convenient. Home Depot in Prescott Valley refunded item promptly, but refused to reorder item, stating it was no longer available online. A quick check online demonstrated that the item was still offered, contrary to the statements from the customer service representative at this store. The item was purchased the same day off the shelf at the local Lowe's store.

My visit was very wonderful, the paint person that helped me that day knew what he was doing ! he worked on my sample and saved us a lot of work matching what i brought in we now only have to paint a couple of rooms instead a whole house!! very much appreciated keep up the good and helpful work i will be back!!!

Lumber department was a joke. 3 visits in three days and it seems as though there was no closing Lumber associate. Lumber not in the correct place, messy, junk boards. Bought lumber (1x3-8's) from same exact spot three days in a row and ended up with boards that looked similar but shouldn't have been there on second and third visit. Very frustrating. Not a good shopping experience at all. Lack of associates on the floor?

We always go to Home Depot first for our shopping & rarely find the need to go elsewhere. Great product line, clean, neat & very friendly & helpful associates.

Friendly and courteous employees. Answered all our questions and didn't act as though they were bothered by our need for help. This is unusual in this day and age. Been to Wal-Mart lately? Thank you.

Ron on the MET Team is awesome. He remembered a certain weed spray that I use and when he saw me made sure I knew that HomeDepot now sold it in a bigger bottle which would save me money. Wish more stores had employees like this.

Great Employees and Great help in this store

This store has NO customer assisted checkout lanes unless you go to Contractor Checkout. The self serve lanes are unfriendly and do not work well. The people I asked for help were not knowledgeable of the merchandise they sell.

In January 2017, my wife and I were in the market to replace our kitchen sink. We found the sink we wanted at the Prescott Valley Home Depot, purchased it and took it home only to find out it would not fit the existing cut-out in our counter-top. We went back to look at our options and found that new counter-tops were in order. The sales staff ( Tina Van Dorp and a fellow associate) were very helpful in working with us to get the best product for our budget. The order was placed and a time frame was set. Our order arrived on time and was exactly what we ordered. The installers ( Roy and Robert from West Coast Counter-tops) did an excellent and professional job. Roy went the extra mile to ensure a perfect fit and clean installation. I have used this store for a number of years now, and have found the sales staff to be friendly and helpful. I have also been able to find what I need to get the job done. I recommend this store when asked where to go to find the best deals, products and services.

You can walk up and down the isles of the competition and never come across someone to help you. Not Home Depot. There is always someone available who is knowledgeable and friendly and more than happy to be of assistance. I've found virtually all the Home Depots to be that way... but the Prescott Valley store soars above the rest. Kudos!!!

Customer service was excellent

I shop here at least twice a week. This is the best HD I have shopped at as far as customer service. I have never had a bad experience with customer service here.

It was late when I went in the store. The employees were friendly and fresh with their welcoming me that late at night.

The store was clean. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Employees worked well with each other and was helpful to each other and to customers. customers were acknowledge that someone would be with them shortly. The store clerks were helpful in the decisions.

This home depot is amazing there is always someone asking if you need help. The other stores they seem to run the other way

Connie, the cashier in the garden section, was the epitome of customer service. I had several departments to visit. She offered to fill my order from the garden department and directed me to the area of the store for my other purchase. When I came back with my other purchases, she had my order filled and neatly stacked on a cart. Kudos to Connie
