this store always has what we need and the employees see to be more helpful and friendly.

This store has great employees. Very friendly and helpful. Especially appreciate Talmage who has helped me on a number of occasions.

The store is well organized and stock is kept on the shelves, rarely have they been out of stock on an item I am looking to purchase.

Great Location. Payson, Utah needs one! Growth coming very fast!! I want to retire and work at Home Depot! Thanks again!

Every time I shop at home Depot I have a good experience.

This store is always very well kept and an associate is usually available for finding products and meeting special selection and loading needs. The check out area is always well staffed with friendly associates that are anxious to meet check out needs as quickly as possible. Very pleased with the selection and service at this store!

TRY SHOPPING BETWEEN 6:00 AND 7:00 AM. ALL OF THE SHELVES ARE FULLY STOCKED, AND IT IS EASY TO FIND SOMEONE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. THE STORE IS NOT VERY CROWDED.

LOVE DOING BUSINESS AT THIS HOME DEPOT ITS CONVENIENT AS WELL.. If I couldn't find it the store attendants where very helpful

The salesman either didn't know or failed to tell us the delivery driver couldn't install dishwasher in the corner. We waited an extra week for install. The driver needed to borrow a tool, he left with it not returning it. They didn't level the washer and dryer so I did it myself. Other than that I'm remodeling and make at least one or two trips a day to the store.

Very convenient. Has everything you need in one stop. Love the app to find stuff location in the store. Employees were very friendly and helpful. A little too much inventory in the pathway. Store pretty clean and overly stocked.

Thank you Craig and the whole team at Provo Home Depot on Black Friday. You made our experience buying laminate flooring for our son and daughter-in-law wonderful. It was worth getting up at 5 a.m. to grab a great deal :)

One of the best Home Depots in Utah

We just moved into our home and do not have a Christmas tree so we went into the store on Wednesday to get a Christmas tree because we really love Home Depot and their decorations. We saw a tree that had a sign saying it was $80 and we were really excited. It was perfect for our needs. We then were approached by an employee that showed us what the tree looked like and verified that the price was a sale for $80. As we went to purchase it we were told that this pricing wasn’t valid until Black Friday. We asked if we could purchase it online and all employees around said that it was in store only. We found out that we could have purchased it online on Thursday for that price but once we went on, it was already too late. We also went on Friday morning in hopes we would get one because we were so early but they were all gone. We tried for another tree but all were out of our price range. We are so disheartened by the treatment of the staff and by the lack of care they had in helping us. We missed out on getting this tree because of the lack of good customer service. We are very disappointed.

I have shopped at this store for nearly 20 years and have always found it to be able to supply the item or items needed each time I visited!

Was treated so well here and they had everything we needed. Craig was amazing and made for sure we were treated with the best customer experience.

Kraig in lumber is talented and goes the extra mile he is smart and handy to have his knowledge on any home improvement project. He is the younger employee there’s 2 with the same name.

I enjoyed my shopping experience at Home Depot. I needed to purchase 28 snow shovels. Two young ladies helped me find what I needed, loaded them on a cart, checked me out, then helped me load the shovels in a Toyota Camery. It worked! Thank you!
