Frank Davis was extremely helpful with ideas and recommendations. He assisted me in getting the tools I needed for my DIY projects. First time home owner here and he gave me confidence to tackle my projects!

Today as a checked out, I was greeted by Kevin. He was an energetic young gentleman with a great attitude, a real asset to the organization.

Each staff member I encountered was courteous and helpful in finding products I needed.

Home Depot will always be my go-to choice for everything work and DIY-related. I just purchased a RIDGID 18V Brushless 4-Tool Combo Kit to supplement my growing inventory and I am already looking forward to my next visit and purchases. The Randhurst location always offers an enjoyable experience where I am greeted by friendly employees that never hesitate to assist in anything I may ever need. Excellent service.

Mr. Mark Moore does not have customer service skills at all. He uses racial profile in order to give the customer service. Very rude and unprofessional.

HOME DEPOT AT RAND HURST PROVIDES EXCELLENT SERVICE AT THE STORE.

I went to this store to buy insecticides for bird woodpeckers but Mr Bobby an older man though but joyful ! all smiles ! great salesman sold me to buy 52 pavers and 20 stones helped me to cashier Diane who was very helpful when Mr Bobby introduced me for check out definitely going back bec I have big garden and for 15 years been buying appliances and garden plants and flowers too next time I will load my beautiful flowers from Home Depot

Bryan in customer service was alone on 2 OCT after 830PM CT. He was quick to assist me and another customer. Friendly, efficient, and steady in service. Roy in plumbing was knowledgeable, and quickly resolved the faucet issue I had quickly. The Allen wrench sold with the Katun box did not fit the faucet assembly. Troy quickly found one that would work. Alex in check out was quick to greet, help with check out, and sent me on my way quickly. This location was clean and all personell appeared ready to assist.

If you need assistance in plumbing, ask for Joe, Ray or Doug. These individuals can help you work through any task you want to DIY. DO NOT ask for Peter in plumbing. Peter is not helpful, he avoids contact with customers. When I advised him that I would call corporate to share his lack of service & respect, he followed me in the store and called out "Lady, how can I help you?" This is simply to show on camera that he was being helpful, which he wasn't. If you need customer service, seek out Alex or Jenny, as they are knowledgeable and helpful. Nancy in paint will greet you with a smile and help you find anything paint related. She ensures that you find what you need, whether in this store or tracks down where you can find it at another home depot. Emily in design will set you up with someone on her team to assist with a remodel in your home. The team will push to ensure you have your dream set up. Ron in appliances will spend time providing you the pros and cons of each product and will work with you to find a delivery date and appliance of your dreams. This location goes above and beyond, with the exception of Peter in plumbing.

Was having trouble finding a specific item. One of the associates saw that I was having trouble and came down to ask if I needed help. When I said I did you paged for assistance and after 2 pages and 15 minutes nobody showed up or reached back out to me. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

This store on;y provides self serve checkoput lanes. There are no checkout lanes with an actual employee helping the customer.

Great experience shopping at The Home Depot in Mount Prospect. If you need a door, storm door, or patio door, you must get an appointment with Michael in that department. He is so knowledgeable and you be so happy you consulted him on the projects. Michael made the ordering of several doors for our home easy to deal with and he really went out of his way to help us find specific doors for our home. He is excellent at customer service and he really knows his products and vendors. He was so helpful. Plus, he's a really nice guy too....

Kamala is the best, friendly and helpful. Frank the general manager and the Manager of the store do a wonderful job, they go above and beyond. I had my kitchen done and it turned out beautifully and so did my new carpet. I'm always looking to improve my house and this Home Depot is the place to go. Thank you all.

I was worried the store would be a madhouse because of spring/garden center. I was correct that the store was busy but there were plenty folks working and finding help and checking out were both a breeze.

Online inventory never matches what is on the shelves. Took 15 minutes and 3 employees to get me a printed receipt.

The store is clean, I found the thing I need very easily

I was trying to fix a dripping shower on a Friday after work. Turning the water to the house off and dismatling the shower fixture, I ran to Home Depot. It was now about 8:30 pm. I worried that near closing, I'd have a hard time getting help to make sure I had the correct Kholer replacement valve. No problem at all. One of the staff near self checkout directed me to Thomas, the plumbing department manager - who happened to be checking stock on a high lift. Thomas came down from the high lift and helped me select the right valve. The designs have changed over time. He went as far as to cut open the package to show me how everything matched up with the old one I had with me. What a great help! Shower fixed water back on shortly thereafter.
