This location always has the right filters I need for my air handling unit! My home was built in the early eighties and it’s challenging to find the dimensions I need. Regency location always comes through! Plus, their employees have been helpful when I ask for assistance.

Employees friendly and helpful, I don't go to this store enough to walk right up to items i am looking for. I have found that this store usually has items my normal store is out of. I normally dont go tothis store due to traffic conjestion

I love my local Home Depot store I always find what I'm looking for and depends on the project I may end up going to Home Depot several times. When I need help I can always find someone in the department that specializes in that area to help me out. There are times where I will speak to the same rep a few times where I get to know them by first name. This store is always clean and things on the selves are in order. At the time check out the associates are very friendly.

I love this Home Depot. The customer service people are always so nice and accommodating. I just purchased appliances from this store and the lady (Julie) in appliances could not have been nicer. Anytime I need an appliance I ask for her to help me. You can be assured she takes the time necessary to help you find exactly what you need and makes sure the delivery is set up as soon as possible. You will not regret having her help you. This store is always clean - I am in there at least weekly.

The Regency Home Depot is a great place to shop. From the cashiers to the Pro Services they are top notch and helpful.

The store had more products than I expected, they should be more competitive. I also had to go in three different aisles for bath products and they weren't adjoining aisles. They should have all items that are relative to each other, at least in close proximity to each other. I have done a lot of shopping in this store lately because I am doing a lot of remodeling to my home and the gentleman doing my jobs shops here. The associates on the floor weren't that available, and the ones that I made contact with, didn't even ask me if I needed assistance. One associate told me to wait for another associate instead of attempting to help me at all.

The associates were very friendly, organized, and well-prepared despite it being Black Friday. I still received one-on-one guidance with my entire purchase. The associate was even courteous enough to escort me around the store to fulfill all of my needs and answer all of my question. Might I mention, I was not rushed nor pressured into buying anything.

Store is very clean and have a real good inventory of just about anything BUT be aware that some employees are not motivated to assist you with your visit and when you finally get someone you have a 50% changes that you'll experience could be good or bad..Good luck. T,APONTE
