This is my favorite Home Depot Store. Even do I purchased an washer and dryer I won't receive the merchandise until 2 months. I understand is do to the pandemic and accepted it. I wish I go get it earlier. Overall my experience in this store is always good, associates are very kind and helpful.

Some of the employees need to improve their communication with customers when handling issues with purchases and keep the informed of steps taken to resolve these issues, especially with items promoted are not available. If items are not, there should be some method of contacting customer when they become available!

As always when ever I need plants, screws and what not I run to Homedepot Rexville. Today it was to shop and make payments. While the payment system stinks it’s not their fault USA SYSTEM is in place. Having said this the customer service lady was kind, helpful, understanding and useful. My thanks. Customer Service at this store is OUTSTANDING.

In my opinion it’s the best store of all. Best location and access. The parking area is GREAT! The staff in general is not only kind and helpful they know where things are. They help when in doubt. Even during this trying time they are well stocked.
