Personnel were helpful, friendly and efficient. It was a very pleasurable experience.

I go here often but this time I had associates helping from locating items to waiting for me to carry out my heavy items! Wow very impressive!!! They have stepped up and have the best customer experience ever! I was amazed !!

I have found the employees more helpful than competing home improvement stores: walking with me to find a product, more eager to help me load lumber, and even noticing while loading if some of the lumber is defective.

The associate in the kitchen area was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about putting in counter tops. With the measurements we brought in he was able to give us an estimate of the total cost of installing new quartz counter tops. We were able to locate the items we needed and the store was very clean and organized.

After realizing the 32' ladder I was renting to fix my rain gutter wasn't going to securely stay on my SUV's roof rack. I ended up with an employee's truck for half a day which the employee offered to let me use! Who does that this day and age!! Huge thanks to their rental department!!

This store is perfect. I am extremely happy with this place.

I'm very satisfied every time I shop at this store. The loaders worked especially hard loading my truck.

This is one of the friendliest Home Depots I have shopped in and the employees seem to have a good handle as to what is going on. I have noticed that if the employee is not sure one of the customers will often offer input or suggestions.

The Riverbank store is convenient & very clean. Their prices are excellent on appliances and I have always been able find exactly what I'm looking for. All associates are friendly and helpful.

Needed another gallon of paint; no customer service help in paint dept. so had to go to the customer service desk and ask. Store resembled Walmart with pallets of merchandise everywhere and employees pulling pallet jacks. Tried shopping for other items for our home improvements and were expected to move every 10 seconds as they pulled the inventory everywhere. Very rude, finally got our paint and left. Lesson learnt, Big Box stores aren't always the answer.

I always find what I'm looking for and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Plus my kids like going there and seeing all the different plants they have.

I love coming to the Riverbank Home Depot. Everyone is always so happy to help out and they have some of the best deal around. They price match some competitors like Lowes Walmart and Best buy! On the plus side if a competitor has an in-stock item for cheaper they will price match and beat it by 10%! It awesome. Definitely worth the drive all the way from the other side of town, much rather shop at this store since all associate seem like they really do care about their customers!

The employees at this store are far and above superior to any self help store I have visited in the past. I am new to the area and highly recommend this store for service/helpfulness. The clerks in the aisle, the cashier and the young men in loading were all courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

Employees were right there to help with questions and were very friendly. Found just what we needed, shelves well stocked.

This location has the best employees! Ive been shopping here since I moved to Riverbank 10 years ago and I have continuously found that the employees are ready and eager to help. In most of the departments you will also find knowledgeable staff for advise.

All the employees are very helpful and try to answer any questions you have. I do not find this at other stores.

I would not order a door from this store. I ordered and paid for a door on 9/15/2016 in hopes of having it for Halloween & the holiday's. Since then my delivery date has been pushed out 3 times. I've been placed on hold for extended periods of time. Sometimes its faster to drive to the store to speak with someone. When I've asked for someone to please contact the door manufacturer and let me know what is going on - I was told "we will definitely call you back". To this date no Home Depot employee has EVER called me back. On 10/28/16 I was finally forwarded to an Asst. Mgr., when I frustratingly began to explain my plight he told me " I don't appreciate you attitude". What! I did not use fowl language or raise my voice. Its been 45 days now and still no door. I know of new homes that were constructed in 45 day.

the staff at the Riverbank Home Depot is always friendly and helpful. The store's restrooms are generally clean. The special order department digs to find what I need and returns are easy. Bob

If you have to order windows Home Depot Riverbank is the store to go to I've ordered replacement windows for multiple homes here i've dealt with many window companies in my line of business and I have yet to find any customer service that rivals Nicole Parkers at Home Depot Riverbank she is a five star employee always get you the most bang for your buck very professional and timely there's no guessing or wondering about your purchase when you're placing orders with her she describes everything and explains everything to a T no worries when placing big dollar orders and she will find you the best price and the best rebates available !

I was carting 4 sheets of drywall out to my truck, not sure how I was going to load it. A young man collecting shopping carts asked me if I needed help. It wasn't that long ago that I could have loaded them up alone, no problem. I am 55 years old and my human pride is having a hard time with the age transition. I would not have asked for help but I so appreciated this young man dropping what he was assigned to do to help me. He didn't have to do it. I would not have complained. It would have gone unnoticed. But he did and I had a nice conversation with this kid as he helped me load my truck. He was a very pleasant and respectful young person which is becoming rare these days. His name is Chris Hale and I thought it shouldn't go unrecognized. Thanks, Chris! If I were in business I would hire you in a heartbeat.

This is a one stop place where you could find the most, on everything you'll ever need.

Christopher, the load helper in the parking lot. THAT GUY IS HOSPITALITY AT IT'S BEST! he is honestly the reason i come. it was a rough day, having had his assistance before when loading, i pulled up, i saw him and my day felt better. he greeted me on the way in and was there to offer assistance on the way out. it's pretty warm outside, the man dresses professional for his position, is always smiling with never a complaint. returns compliments with "just doing the best job i can for you". I got home depot and lo**s in the area. Chris is a huge reason i'm a home depot guy... aside from the rigid tools lifetime warranty on drills, batteries and chargers!
