The store is well stocked and the personnel are very friendly, and helpful.

Always has to be someone to ruin an experience. All but one occasion where we were happy with service. A staff in the kitchen countertops almost had us never returning to this store. Her name was Trisha. We scheduled an appointment to meet with her, and when we arrived and she was called to the kitchen area, she helped another couple without an appointment. Very bad form. We remodeled our kitchen but after that, everything we purchased was at Lowes. Your loss Home Depot.

It is great and clean, helpers are very professional and dedicated to help us one way or another but they will find the person that know what I am looking for in order to complete the customer desire. I think the managements should be great too, even those I don't know them but the way the store is run I can gust base on my professional life that they are doing a great job in training and talking to all of them how to behave and tried the customers. Great store congratulation and keep the good work that you guys are doing.

Went to this store to get info on new flooring for house. Spoke with Trina who was AMAZING!!! She really knows what's she's doing & knows her products inside & out. If you have any questions about flooring, just ask for Trina!!!

It is very clean and easy to walk thru the store. A lot helpers some great and some that doesn't not knows where there is nothing that I am looking for But maybe it is because they belong to another department (Good excuse). I have been there 3 to 4 these two months and on 04/03/2017 at 1:00pm it was the best that I have a long time on the service that I got, great, unbelievable (Keep the great training, it help). Even those the Home Depot is in Riverbank and I am from Modesto and taxies that not help us. I think only Riverbank City) but The one in carpenter is too far from me, I live close to Riverbank on 2000 Mable avenue, Homewood Village. Have a nice day, all of you.

I have recently made two large home improvement purchases and have had the most wonderful service both times. I bought carpet when I saw the signs in front of the store about free installation. I was greeted in the flooring department and provided and estimate and options quickly. The carpet installers were friendly, professional and did a great job. I went back to look a getting granite counters and William Carroll was so helpful and friendly. He quickly calculated an estimate for me and discussed the options and the process while I looked at colors.

We like coming to this Riverbank Home Depot, the workers there are always helpful and attentive. That's just not what I can say about the managers. I know they have to deal with a lot of paperwork and get things done but if there are customers that PAID an item and is waiting for it to be unlocked so they can take it home, I think that should be one of the stores priority . We waited over 45mins for a manger and when one finally came almost an hour later he was playing on his phone and did not acknowledge us or apologize for the wait he had his head in his fone the whole time. Not professional at all.

This store is no Customer Service. I think the store in Modesto is Better for Customer service. Riverbank is more like take it or leave it attitude.

I was helped by a store employee and I found the products that I needed very quickly.

we have a lowes in our town its40 miles one way to you but worth the trio for great employees who know what they are doing and you always have what I need thanks

Electric carts were fully charged, store was extremely clean, all service representatives were willing and ready to help me and take me from department to department and introduce me to the next salesperson I needed to work with to complete my purchases.

This store has great employees. They are helpful and knowledgeable. The store is neat and the nursery department is beautiful.

Not only were the employees helpful in finding what I needed they followed thru till I got back into my car. I always find what I need there and if not, they will advise me to go to the web site. I also appreciate having this store in it's location.

Don't like the Ceres store. Rud workers that wotinyuld not help me and I am disabled. Was not going to by from home depot again because of how I was treated. But took a friend to the Riverbank Home Depot and Destiny was so sweet and helpful that I will go back to this store.

The self Checkout cashier was excellent and helped me scan large items and I was out of the store in moments.

This store is always very neat and clean and everything is organized neatly. At times it is a bit slow getting assistance, however, all of the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable; a great to shop for home project material

An online purchase of a rug that wasn't available in store because they were out of the color I wanted. I made the purchase online to ship to store. Due to an error in skew numbers for the product I purchased online, the color was wrong. Fortunately they found one in the store, which made me extremely happy and grateful! But the store manager Brenda, to my surprise,told the clerk to credit me $20.00 for the confusion!

I often visit this location and find in most instances the employees are rude and unprofessional especially after 6 pm. When you request assistance most have no idea where anything is, and often respond with an attitude that you are bothering them. When there are long lines in either the paint department or lumber, often there is one associate to help with responding, while numerous others are standing around in conversation or standing on ladders acting as if they are busy. In the numerous locations I frequent, I find this one especially problematic. Three times I have asked to speak to a manager on different situations and I have always gotten, there is no manger on duty or they are in a meeting.

Personnel were helpful, friendly and efficient. It was a very pleasurable experience.

I go here often but this time I had associates helping from locating items to waiting for me to carry out my heavy items! Wow very impressive!!! They have stepped up and have the best customer experience ever! I was amazed !!

I have found the employees more helpful than competing home improvement stores: walking with me to find a product, more eager to help me load lumber, and even noticing while loading if some of the lumber is defective.

The associate in the kitchen area was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about putting in counter tops. With the measurements we brought in he was able to give us an estimate of the total cost of installing new quartz counter tops. We were able to locate the items we needed and the store was very clean and organized.

After realizing the 32' ladder I was renting to fix my rain gutter wasn't going to securely stay on my SUV's roof rack. I ended up with an employee's truck for half a day which the employee offered to let me use! Who does that this day and age!! Huge thanks to their rental department!!

This store is perfect. I am extremely happy with this place.

I'm very satisfied every time I shop at this store. The loaders worked especially hard loading my truck.
