The HD team at this location is amazing. I was greeted at the door with store associates that were eager to help. The customer service team is hands down the best I have had the pleasure to work with. This location is the only reason I am still a HD customer due to the Keller location treating me like I was a 3 year old (Darrell is the store manager). The Roanoke location is by far the best HD location I have done business with.

Louise was very respect! Desirae in paint was very helpful and respectful, she help me find everything that I needed to paint my house with!

This store has the best customer service of any Home Depot that I've been to, and I've been to many different locations over the years. The associates are very helpful and friendly. The store is always tidy.

Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful, although this store is always cluttered and disorganized very hard to navigate a shopping cart down the aisles too much stuff in the aisles needs to be on the shelves.

I am a senior citizen who appreciates excellent service that is delivered in a kind and respectful manner. That was my entire experience with a young man named Jaime at the Roanoke Home Depot store. It is people like this warm, welcoming and competent young man that so mirrors your fine company.

Always have a possitibe visit here even it is just to walk around with my two young sons. If I go looking for something I am never disappointed as everything is always in stock. Friendly service from all employees has also been a plus in this location. I also love how military friendly they are, it's one place I know I'm welcome as a disabled vet. Thanks for all

The employees have been so helpful and courteous every time and I have been shopping here since this location opened. Store is neat and clean as well.

This location is always clean and well stocked. There is always a cheerful employee near the door to greet you when you enter. Whenever I need assistance and search out an employee, they are very friendly and take as much time as needed to help you find what you need. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who was in need of their products and/or services.

As a new homeowner, I often need help and advice when shopping for house and garden stuff. The staff here are always available, willing to help, and knowledgeable. They have never steered me wrong and have saved me hours of looking for things and then selecting the right product, from air conditioner filters to hardware, paint and plants.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted. Everyone asked me if they could help me. Everyone knew where items were. What a clean store. You can sleep on the floor. Great products! I spent 8k on a new AC.

I recieved assistance with a future project, in plumbing deciding the best route to complete. The cashier, Patricia was extremely friendly, fast and ready to help any way she could. I think she is a great asset to the store.

I was called while at the store by my son to pick up a couple of items that I had no idea what they were but he needed asap to complete a project at home. I found an associate quickly who immediately walked me to the area I needed and found the associate who worked in that area. He helped me with the materials needed in his area and then not only walked with me to where the tools were but explained to the associate there what I needed and discussed the differences with me to help make the right decision.
