We are in the middle of a remodel and the employees that have helped us throughout the whole process (ie. plumbing and electrical) have been EXTREMELY knowledgeable.

we love this store. Richard always helps me when I have a question. He helped us save money on our purchase by encouraging us to get a home depot card. So we did.

Love the self check-out. I was in a time crunch, was able to get in and out super fast for my next apointment.

My experience before was not always great. But with all the crap going on right now in the world some how our local home depot has changed for the better I got the help I needed and was very satisfied with my visit.

I BOUGHT, 3,000 ,FLOORING, VERY HAPPY WITH THE SALES MAN, AND PAINT, A HOOD, FOR MY STOVE, AND A FLUSH, CEILING FAN, ALL WORK PERFECT, AND PLAN ON BUYING MORE FOR MY OLD HOUSE I JYST BOUGHT.

Sandra in millwork is the best! Her job knowledge is impressive and she’s never too busy to lend a hand, no matter what department. Take all your door/window and remodeling projects and concerns to her and she’ll take good care of ya!

The manager took a so so store into a very clean isle clear,and improved the staff greatly improved customer service is outstanding. Now when I think of any thing I need for my home I chose Home Depot.

Amanda is such a knowledgeable and helpful employee. She called me after I placed an online order and assisted me when I was on site. She assured that I was loaded safely and made my shopping experience an exceptional one.

Richard at the Roseburg Home Depot provided excellent customer service. My trip was efficient and pleasant due to his expert knowledge and assistance.

I just got home and found a $15 pallet charge on my receipt. I purchased an entire pallet of concrete block, I figured it was easier to count and just load with a forklift, even though I didn't need quite that many blocks. Next time I will watch the employees load 95 blocks into my trailer by hand and save the $15. That's a bunch of bs, nobody told me anything about a pallet charge at checkout.

We are very pleased with the service we received in selecting new blinds for our home and how everyone was eager to see if they could help. It made our trip from Coos Bay VERY worthwhile and we'll be doing it again when we need.

Store is clean and tidy. Employee interaction is for the most part good. It's my go to store for building material.

The associates were buzzing all around doing unpacking and other things while I was wandering around looking for an associate to help. We have used home depot almost exclusively for our remodel but after an experience like this it really makes us seriously consider using a different home improvement store for the future. It also makes us hesitant to recommend home depot to our friends and family who are remodeling.

We love shopping here! We never have a hard time finding an employee to help us and they usually always have what we're looking for. Great store layout and friendly knowledgeable staff!

I give it 5 stars for being well stocked with the items I need, good prices and very consistent good customer service. Associates are always friendly, fairly easy to find, and they are very helpful with problem solving what product I need (if I'm not sure) & helping locating what me need.

Went to buy an item & at check out Rona helped a great deal & made sure I received my veterans discount, thanks & I saved $ 60.00. Thank you Rona!

Excelent customer service - very helpful

Move the restrooms to the FRONT of the store. AND, have check-out cashiers at EITHER end of the store - not just all the way down at the north end....very difficult for people with kids, lots of stuff in carts, and people with disabilities.

Go the extra mile to your local home improvement stores if you care about the assistance you receive when needed. Not every single shopping experience has been this bad, but it has been declining for a while now.
