MY PROBLEM WAS NOT BIG PROBLEM FOR HOME DEPOT - IT WAS RESOLVED IN LES THAN 1/2 HOUR I HAD NO HOT WATER FOR 2 DAYS AND HOT WATER WAS RESTORED IN I HOUR WOW...THANK YOU

It is difficult to find anything wrong with this store. The only thing that I can think of is to improve on the specialty hardware draws.

My favorite Home Depot not just because it is the closest but because the service and staff are excellent.

I found exactly what I wanted from my local store and my assistant Troy helped me choose the right products for the project in mind. The store was clean and tidy. I have found various assistants very helpful on the many occasions I have visited that and other Home Depot stores.

Everyone from floor employee's to the Mangers were outstanding ..Customer Service was beyond amazing The store was immaculate..Trina helped us with the Flooring we needed and was awesome to work with

They stock nearly every thing one could possibly want for the average do-it-yourselfer. It is generally the best product in quality and quantity. The staff are easy to find. They are knowledgeable and always helpful. Sometimes it is not easy to find what I am looking for, so more complete signage would be helpful if I wanted to avoid assistance if I already knew what I was looking for.

There is a woman named Brenda in Doors that is a GREAT asset to Home Depot. With out her I would have discontinued my project again. She was very patient and made me feel like I was important as a customer.

All the staff at the store that we encountered are friendly and helpful.

Worst experience I ever faced while buying Appliances for $ 2000 at this HOME DEPOT LOCATION on Eastern and Serene. Temco never showed up lied to me that they had. I have a RING system and as soon anybody walks to my door our screens/ phone ring and pop up. Manager on duty said she called Temco and they will come back and deliver and install my appliances for sure later today. I sit home all day until 7:30pm and nobody ever came.

Every time that I shop at the East serene Home Depot in Las Vegas ,,everyone is super nice and friendly and helping me finding products that I need, I will continue shopping at this Home depot

Store was clean and organized. Items were easily located and associates were friendly and helpful.

If you need any gardening tips or help, go see Willie in gardening! He is an absolute treasure of knowledge and is so incredibly friendly and helpful! I don't actually even live close to this Home Depot, I went with a friend to grab some needed plants and supplies but I have some plants that need replaced in my yard and will be making a special trip down to this store just because of this man!

As there are other DIY superstores, the Home Depot seems to be the most diverse. I’ve actually found solutions to situations I had not known were available. Thx HD
