Have you ever had to stand in line or in an isle at a home improvement store waiting for someone to help you get something g off of the self or load something on your cart?.... I have!... many times. I understand that these are all very large stores & there is lots to do, but they HAVE to remember that the customer comes first & that they are the reason they have a job. Home Depot UNDERSTANDS THAT!.... I get the fastest, friendliest help than any where else I have ever been.... I am a Home Depot Customer for life!

Call in your large order to the Pro desk ahead of time.... it's about as close as your gonna get to a drive through! They saved me time which saves me money!

Customer service is an important part of my shopping experience. Too often I have visited this store and the employees seem not to be customer-oriented and despite having a large amounts of identifiable staff standing around you might find yourself searching for items on your own until one of them breaks free from the little clusters they hang out in and offer assistance.

We have been shopping at various home improvement stores in this area. We have found this store to be our "go to" store for the best products, very helpful employees that have a lot of knowledge and are very willing to go the extra step to help us. We now drive past other stores to shop at the Chester store.

The Home Depot in Chester has amazing staff they have always been willing to help me on all of my projects.

It easy to find everything you are looking for, they have a large selection. There's always someone relatively close by to help you out or point you in the right direction. The store is kept clean and tidy, and the associates are always helpful.

I really like shopping at Home Depot. The people there are friendly and helpful.
