Always has what I'm looking for and there is always friendly assistance when I need Help with somthing. Casheirs and customer service are always eager to help and friendly.

I have made numerous trips to this store in part due to the quality of product and namely the staff there. I have shopped at other Home Depots and their competition and still have found this store to be the best overall experience when shopping and buying essential products.

Some of my friends would not visit the store because the political views of the store were against equal rights. Specifically supporting organizations that were anti-LGBTQ and anti-women’s reproductive rights. Please let me know if that’s not the case.

Ist Cashier I encountered unhelpful and apparently unwilling to help as I had a Visa gift card and was unfamiliar with how to use it. Kept barking instructions at me . After three tries I offered to go to service desk and he indicated that was fine by him. Went to Service Desk and waited in line. Next encounter was with "Jeffrey" who claimed to be a Manager. I explained that I was unfamiliar with how to use a Visa Gift Card. Instead of just making the sale, I got another "can't do" attitude.' Do I swipe the card? Do I insert it chip first? Do I treat it like a Debit Card or a Credit Card? I finally said to him "make the sale! Make it happen! I've been trying to buy a cheap set of blinds for twenty minutes!" Then he magically figured it out by treating it as a Credit Card, made the sale and continued his surly attitude. When I worked for the Expo Design Center division of Home Depot all those years it was always about "Customer Service". Apparently that is not a goal at store #4628. I would welcome a discussion with Home Depot Management, anytime.

This Roanoke, VA Home Depot has an awesome employee in appliances Virginia R. She's soooooooo helpful & knowledgeable, that we made sure to buy our new refrigerator when Virginia R. was working!

I've shopped this store a handful of times. It's not conveniently located in my hometown but just a short 30 minute drive. Each time I've shopped here it has been well worth the trip. I have been very pleased with the variety of product you offer, cleanliness, and organization of the store. The customer service that I've experienced while shopping at this store has been amazing! I will continue to give you my business as I tackle more of our home improvements.

Employees need a serious attitude check. Stop treating customers like they are an incovience. Customers make it possible for you to have a job and get paid. Don't treat us like crap. Lumber employees need attitude adjustment ASAP! Losers.

Went to 6 building supply stores for window quotes. The Home Depot window specialists (Taylor and Shemar) were the only stop that treated me like a customer by spending several hours with me. Their manager Julie was equally helpful in going over every line item. End result is I will be shopping at Home Depot for the rest of my house build.

this store is clean, well stocked, with very friendly and helpful personnel. the prices are in line with what i expect to pay for quality products. i highly recommend this store

When it comes to price matching, apparently they only look at the price at Lowes across the street rather than your Lowes store. Doesn't seem that's the way it should work, Tommy. I won't be buying anything else from here.

The store and it’s associates are awesome. I was able to get assistance quickly and was able to find the lumber that I needed within just a few minutes. Thank you to the workers who helped us out in the store and to the workers who are helping people out every day. Very thankful for their help and their kindness. A lot of that goes a long way!

A shout out to the local Home Depot for being open during this difficult time. The story goes you either have the time and not money or the money with no time. Home Depot has helped with both. The "Honey Do" list is getting smaller. I'm am in the door, find my products, and checked-out within minutes. Never was afraid of being to close to another person as it was very well controlled.

I was at the Home Depot today. My whole experience was a disaster from the beginning. It was a long wait for someone to assist me in cutting a carpet runner. When I finally got help, they did not have the proper tools for measuring and cutting the ends square. Not only were the ends not cut square, the blade on the utility knife the associate was using was very dull. The ends of both pieces that I needed were cut very crudely and even though a quarter inch was added, I will lose more by the time that I cut it square. After all that, when I went to pay for it, I was over charged by .50 a foot. I then went to customer service and a man made the adjustment. He should have given me a credit (since I used my debit card) of $12.50. Instead, he takes cash from his register, rings a new receipt, puts cash back in, then hands me $3 and some change back. I did not think about it at the time since I had such a ridiculous time. But when I got home and looked at the adjusted receipt, I could see that he did not give me the correct refund. I am taking a loss because I do not want to go back again to deal with this!

Black Friday appliance shopping, staff was very helpful. Store organized well and checkout was quick. Happy with pricing. While happy with purchase I will not buy appliances for delivery again. Delivery crew called and showed up on time. I had purchased refrigerator for my elderly parents to include moving old one outside and reconnecting water line. Immediately the one person who spoke broken English said no, they would not touch the old one period-I did not pay for that. This included a call to office where a lady repeated they would not move it. My temper was up and I stated fine, I had already moved away from wall and disconnected water anyway to expedite time so I was able to move it aside. I know I asked for it to be moved out but maybe it had been keyed wrong ??? Anyway, new one moved in but crew refused to connect water - reading fine print the shut off was greater than 6 feet away so ok. The final breaking point was that while they refused to hook up, they also refused to leave water line which Home Depot requires as purchase. “If we don’t hook up we don’t leave hose” (or something close). One gentleman spoke no English while one did a little, enough he knew I was mad and to convey he didn’t work for Home Depot and didn’t care. This experience was far more than an $18 water line, customer service failure. I did receive the line refund after visiting store and once again store employees friendly. Home Depot, your contracted staff is still an extension of you.

Knowledgeable staff who are willing to help any way they can throughout the store. Especially the Pro Desk, and you don't need to be a pro, are on the spot with customer service second to no one.
