I never generally write reviews for a store, however Jeffery and Kevin in the appliance department could not be more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They never rushed us while we were trying to decide which appliances to go with. Please, don’t go anywhere else if you need an appliance! If something goes wrong (which for us, a delivery went quite bad) they went far above and beyond to make it right!

A very and friendly atmosphere to do my shopping. I never have no problem shopping here.

Personnel go out of their way to offer assistance. Everyone is friendly, greet customers as they enter the store and, if an Associate does not know how to assist,, they always find someone else who can provide the needed assistance

If you need help, this is the place to find it. This store always offers superior customer service. Employees all greet you with a smile and ask if you need help finding anything. And if you do, they will take you right to it! This store is the best example of excellent customer service I've ever experienced, and I'm getting up in age, so that's covering a lot of years. I am also a big fan of their Behr paints and have used them on many paint projects. The store is always neat, clean and well organized. Congratulations to the store managers for a consistently great shopping experience.

As a single mom attempting to do a construction project by myself, I was unsure where to start. 3 different employees took their time explaining different things I needed to know and the lumber department cut the wood I needed to the exact dimensions I needed it. They were friendly and I could not be happier with the service.

Ryan at check out was very helpful in fining what I could not fine in the paint department. He also asked for someone to help me put my items in my car.

Never have I received such excellent customer service, not from one team member... But every one I interested wort there. Whatever Home Depot is doing to inspire their employees, other businesses should catch on!

The Store #2714 Saginaw, MI, was clean & the Employee & Cashier were very helpfull! The Employee, Paul from Lawn & Garden knew the exact product I requested and took me directly to the Millorganite Fertilyzer and helped me load it in my cart! This store has friendly employees, If you need windows or doors I know Jason has the knowledge and expertise to help you through the process. Jason is very friendly and helpful and so are the cashiers. Just a great store!

I enjoyed shopping at Home Depot in Saginaw with my wife we had a good time looking around talk to Hispanic guy that shared a story about a dryer in the dryer vent in a bucket that I was looking at and looking for and other and I appreciate being involved in the survey thank you

Out of all the local home improvements in my area that I have shopped at, I always get the best customer service at Home Depot on Bay Road. They give me great service even when I am not sure of what I need or do not explain it exactly right. They always seem to understand and take the time to make sure they know what I am trying to do to make ensure that i have the right tools or materials for the job at hand. They are always friendly and never just rush me through but take their time and even walk with you through the aisle to make sure I get the right items. I have never in my many many years of shopping there had a bad experience.

I would rate lower but the customer service I experienced was mixed. Some associates where extremely kind and helpful. Others couldn't be bothered. Make sure you talk to the right people if you need help. If someone is less than helpful there will be someone that will.

Entering the store, your greeter quickly points you in the right direction. If you have questions the staff quickly and courteously answers them. If they don't know....they quickly research the problem. The shelves are fully stocked and items easy to find. What more can you ask of for a shopping experience?

The Saginaw Home Depot is the best all of the employees and manager Austin are always very helpful and friendly GREAT shopping experience

I had been looking for a specific Toro Snow Blower. Most of the other area Home Depot Stores did not have it in stock. This one had 3 of them. Was greeted right away when looking at them and was offered some great advise and assistance.

Your employees are very friendly and notice when a customer is lost or looking for a product they are there to help ASAP. Always on top of their toes when it comes to customers . The store is always clean when we shop

being a fireman I can NOT make it to your store when you have deals why not have them for 1or2 weeks fof us?????? we work 2-3 days on 2-3 days off (buena Vista ) or more or get us a card with 5or10 % off THANK YOU LOVETHE STORE
