Great place to shop for all things home!

I had to visit store innumerable times to schedule my delivery and still ended up having items missing delivered. Highly not recommended.

i found everything on my wifes to do list with help from staff all the way to the end. Amazing, the staff went from department to department and made sure i completed my wifes list, saved me.

This store is located in a perfect area where many new contractors and homeowners either renovate their property or build new houses; however, the store needs to provide complete rental tools.

Outstanding customer service and team. Answered my questions, made the transaction and assisted me with large heavy box. In todays day and age we can use many more like Jacob!

Today two employees gave me a delightful shopping experience. One, just inside the front door, saved my time by pointing out that the product I needed (lean leaf bags) was conveniently only a few steps away - no need to go elsewhere in the store where it's mainly stocked. The other employee, a Cashier, efficiently rung up the sale with a friendly smile, thank-you and fun appearance in her Halloween costume! : )

Store does not have contactless pay and requires a receipt to be printed out.

I used to live in Houston and moved over from there in June. I can definitely say Schaumburg store is the cleanest Homedepot store I have ever visited, and items are organized so well. So, I do not need to try other stores or competitors stores.

Rich (Rick) Hirschberg at the Pro Desk was beyond helpful. He was so knowledgeable, patient, responsive, as well as kind, when helping us design our deck. If you are adding/modifying your deck, go to this store, and ask for Rick! I promise you won’t be disappointed and have the best customer service experience in your life!

Employees are rude and dont care.

I wanted to get black pipe for pipe clamps. I went to the HomeDepot (Schaumburg) and was helped by Butch in plumbing. He did a great job of cutting pipe and threading it. And, he did it with a smile on his face..!

I have a great experience today in this store when I bought my bathroom faucet. Employees and associates especially their Sale cashier was very helpful and informative on all my inquiries and questions about the products I need. I recommend this store to everybody to shop here and enjoy their great customer service.

I recently purchased in stock patio furniture and a grill. My experience with Yeraldi and Claudia was amazing. Their friendly persona and product knowledge made my shopping experience super easy and fast! Thank you gals!

Connie at appliance is extremely helpful and knows her stuff. We just moved to the area and already know we'll be coming back often.

Store will not honor item as tagged and labeled as such due to mistake

Shopping for an expensive item and needed assistance. I found all I needed in those categories at the Home Depot in Schaumburg. The new charge card saved us $50.00 and being a vet another $65.00. Both brought to our attention by Bina our wonderful sales person. Thank you Home Depot.

I prefer this location for its materials and supplies I need to purchase. Also the personal are informed and helpful .

As long as I've been coming to store 1904 on Schaumburg Road & Barrington Road I have had 2 encounter with employees that didn't want to check me out at the service desk. If you go there, and you want to pay for your purchase at the service desk, stay away from Erron. She will direct you to another register that's not at the service desk. I only had (8) small drill bits, holding them in one hand.

Generally nice staff and convenient location but they need to hire more people to assist customers finding what they are looking for. You’re lucky if you find a person to help you that’s not busy with 2-3 people surrounding them. Cabinets and countertops ladies need to be a little nicer in my opinion.

Ryan the Hardware department head was very helpful. He helped me with the correct board that I needed. He not only cut it in the lumber department, he went back to the hardware aisle and walked the correct screws all the way back to the shelving aisle where we were waiting. He was very friendly and courteous the entire time. He's to be commended for staying with us through the entire project.

We had a great shopping experience in the Appliance Department

The employees are great! The customer service is outstanding and I will go a few miles out of my way to go to this location.

I had an awesome experience at home depot. I needed flooring an carpeting. Jasmine walked me thru everything an explained everything. She made the whole process so easy. She was so knowledgeable. I will only go to home depot now for all my needs. All the staff is so helpful an polite! Love it there!!!

Employees are helpful and friendly. The store is very clean and I felt very safe,all the employees are following social distancing guidelines and everything appears clean.
