JACOB and KINSLEY rock! This particular Home Depot puts all the other ones to shame because almost everyone there has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I have had more employees come up to me in this location than anywhere else. They're always asking if they can help, they offer to help you find what you're looking for or look it up and tell you exactly where it is, they will help you carry items to the register, get a box to help carry things--theyre AWESOME! The other locations don't greet you and through this whole Covid year act like you have the plague. NOT COOL. All the other locations could learn a thing or two from this Home Depot. They truly make ya want to come back!!

I'm from Jacksonville, Fl visiting my parents for the holidays. I came in to get some last minute Christmas gifts and I told my mom that everyone was so much nicer and friendlier here. Every employee we came in contact with asked if they could help us and were genuinely nice. I wish our stores in Jacksonville were more this way!

Overall I like this store, but they need to hold employees accountable for wearing masks.

Love shopping at this store. Being a busy man, I like that they don't constantly change the location of staple items. Saves me a lot of time. I always let the cashier know, on the rare occasion they don't have what I want, that I am not looking forward to having to go to competition up the street. WE travel from Maryville to the SE #0773 because they have the best service and most helpful people of all the stores we have been in. Store is clean and well stocked also.

Best Home Depot store in Knoxville TN

I felt like I was shopping at the small town hardware store I grew up with. The employees were so friendly, personable and helped me get the best deal for my washer.

From the second I walk through the doors I know that whatever help I need I will get it. The store staff are always helpful. Every single one I come in contact with speaks and offers assistance. I can't give enough praises for everyone in the store! Thank you Home Depot for making it so easy to do my home projects!

Great friendly employees and has what I need.

I normally don’t ask for assistance from the associates but when I do they are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The store is fairly clean and things are easy to find IF (and I do stress the word IF...) associates take the time to ask if you need any assistance! Most of the time the associates are focused on staying away from you. They need a little bit bigger selection of the air purifying plants, but other than that, the store is great!

Does not enforce mask mandate. Do not shop if you take your health seriously.

I love this store. For the most part, employees are respectful, have common sense, and are eager to help. I do not want to give this store less than five stars just because of a few over zealous or obviously irritated employees. The good employees are great, and far outweigh the ones that seem annoyed and burdened by your presence.

Absolutely my favorite of the Home Depot stores because of the friendly, courteous, knowledgeable employees and the store manager, who is always available, and takes time to talk to customers !

I waited for 45 minutes in the plumbing isle, I went up to an associate and they paged for me to get help. Nobody ever showed up and I am an 18 year old girl who has no idea what to buy and what she needed exactly.
