Although the store was very busy, we were able to get assistance purchasing the product we needed.

I ordered an item and they sold my item before I became to pick it up and blamed me that I took it. I purchased several items and they all couldn't fit in my car. For the manager to accuse me of trying to steal and items was horrible. When he realized he was wrong he promised someone would be able to deliver and place in the area. They did not and left it sitting on the front of my house. I am completely applauded. I will never shop there again

Just wish I could have gotten a round dual flush.

Every staff member I have dealt with over the past 2 plus years has been professional and willing to take the time needed to complete my reason(s) for visiting the store. I have bought many necessary items from a couple dollars to thousand(s), and the service has been consistent each time. The 2 chief competitors are closer but this Home Depot is now my first chose.

Associates friendly, found what I needed quickly. Still don't like the smell of fried onions in a hardware store, but, all Home Depot's have that smell.

The store is open until 10:00 pm but dont go in after 9:30 pm. They do not want you there & they sure do let you know it!

The service I have received every time I go there has been superior. I was a regular at a competitor but now I consider Home Depot in Merrillville my 1st choice for major purchases. Your staff is cordial and takes whatever time needed to respond to my needs or questions. a great store with quality personnel!

I live in Valparaiso but still shop at the Merrillville (Hobart) store because they consistently have more stock on hand and greater numbers of display models for you to look over.

From the time I walked into the store I was impressed. a very clean and orderly store. I am a retired tradesman. Home Depots tools are what interests me. I garden a lot also. I shop at all the Big Box stores and usually I find what I am looking for, at Home Depot. The store nearest me was a big disappointment. it was a pleasure to come to this Merrillville store.

Sammy in the doors/window department is AMAZING!! She is very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect exterior door for our home. We cannot wait for our order to come in and be installed!

Nancy is a ROCKSTAR!!! She is a POWERHOUSE and knows her stuff!!! As well as she knows the store!!! The store was neat and orderly and I was in and out in no time at all!! I forgot to ask Nancy about the return policy and there was an Associate available at the self serve check out who happily explained the policy to me!!! I highly recommend this store to EVERYONE!!! It is very well run and the Associates really care about their work and their customers!!!!

store needs to have a larger automotive section. what they have is too small and tucked in a corner very hard to find otherwise the stor is a good place to shop
