Eddie, a garden center department employee at this Home Depot, is an exemplary employee! He asked if I needed assistance, helped me load mulch into my shopping cart, helped to locate the plant containers that I wanted to purchase, and even took time to get those containers from the store’s tall storage shelves. He and other employees at the garden center department were very polite and friendly. Best experience of shopping at a Home Depot. Thank you!

Today while checking out at this location the cashier asked me if I was expecting. I am not. The checkout area was full with other customers and in that moment it seemed like you could hear a pin drop. I was beyond embarrassed. I understand the question was asked with good intention but this is just something everyone should know not to ask. I don't care how obvious it is and this is why. Ive never felt so low.

If you're looking for a store with a knowledgeable, experienced team of employees and managers that are willing to assist you with your purchase, then you've come to the right place. Not as busy, but well-stocked and very organized and clean. A hidden gem for contractors and do-it-yourselfers, try it out and you will be glad you did.

I was at the store for a simple key and there wasn’t anyone in the department because they were on lunch but the cashier at the self checkout lane advised me that there wasn’t anyone there at the moment and if I could wait until she finish with another customer she would be glad to help. She took the time out to acknowledge me and she was very quick with helping the other customer and myself. She was very positive and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience because of Debbie in appliance. She was very patient, helpful, professional and courteous. She made my visit enjoyable because I was able to find everything I needed. Tahnk you so much Debbie!

Samone was a great employee during my experience. The store was clean also.

I needed a filter for my fridge and I did not know where to look for or how to find it. The associate that helped me, Brooke, was very helpful, kind and got me my item and I was able to do it very quickly.

I have purchased both low ticket items and high ticket items at this location and always receive the best customer service. There is a HD closer to me however I drive the extra mile to shop at Spring Valley.

I ordered two wrong items and was able to return the items quickly and with a smile. Then, I ordered the correct two items right at the Customer Service desk, without going to the department. Thank you Home Depot. You saved me time.

My wife and I had a great experience at Home Depot today! Beautiful selection of plants, pots, soil etc. We bought seeds and there was a huge variety of those as well. There was a very friendly woman working as cashier outside and she was all smiles and very upbeat. It really does make a difference in your shopping experience if the employees at least act like they're happy to be there, and this woman definitely let us know she loves her job

We needed garden supplies and this store was very well stocked and organized. We found everything we needed in one trip. The checkout in the Garden Center was quick and easy; the cashier was friendly and efficient. Great shopping experience!!
