I think it amazing that each time I go in, to this Home Depot, the employees know where just about everything is without hesitation!

I live around the corner from the West Rd. store off of I-45 N. But I really prefer the Spring store because all of their employees go above and beyond in any assistance I have ever needed. And that has been on every visit I've made to this store. When I ask where something is located, they always "walk me" to where the item is located. The West Rd. store....they just "point" and say "I think it's over there." PITIFUL!!!

Great customer service

Scott checked me out. He is a very friendly guy. I did not have to wait long to get checked out. He was keeping the Contractor lines moving. The paint guy put the spray paint can I needed in my hands. He did not send me to aisle what ever, he went with me. The merchandise guy went to find me someone for plumbing help. Another Merchandiser helped me find the screws I needed. The Lumber people cut some plywood to the size I need and helped me load it on my cart. Over all it was a good day for Home Depot in Spring.

The service was really impressive and the knowledge of the employees helped me make my decision fairly quickly.
