I had an appointment coming up that day so I went to this store. I enjoyed walking around just to see what was available. The cashier ( Sandra) was one of the friendliest people in the store. This store is in St. Cloud, MN.

The store was organized and clean. I was in the appliance area and the scratch and dent items were all in one area and easy to view along with the new appliances. Customer service rep Jalen was totally awesome:). Kind, respectfully and had knowledge of item inquiring about.

I have had great service from everyone I have come in contact with. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I don't think I've ever left this store disappointed.

Jerry was very courteous and kind in the garden shop!

Assistant manager Troy is a great employee. Came out of customer service desk to personally help me with my appliance order as the other employees were tied up with other customers for an extended period of time.

The store is nice and clean I can usually find what I am looking for. And there are always someone to help you find what you are looking for.

Hardware stores are just the best places to shop for DIY crafters. I have repeatedly found the employees at this store exceptionally helpful by not only helping me find items I need, but often entering into the search and fun of discovery and creating. Thank you, and keep up the great customer service.

This store was very clean and organized. I will definitely be shopping here again. Beth A was such a nice, friendly and helpful lady at the checkout. She was very helpful and we had a few giggles too. That's what I call Great Customer Service. I hope she is there the next time im shopping!

Staff was very helpful with ideas

This store was open on Sunday afternoon. I was guided to the correct aisle and I found the product I needed in the Lighting area. What I saw of the store (only the Lighting Dept, main aisle by the counters, & checkout area) it was clean, well stocked and were getting ready for the Holidays. I was in contact with 4 people in Home Depot. An employee of Home Depot referred me to the correct aisle for which I was needing, 2 employees located by the end of Aisle were very friendly (one was from Lighting Dept) and verified that I had the products I needed and the employee who checked me out was professional and courtesy. Thank you Home Depot for the training these people showed.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot for a number of reasons. First of all there are always employees on the sales floor to answer questions or help you locate the product you want to purchase. Employees are always friendly and very helpful, especially in the Customer Service area. Finally I appreciate Home Depot's very generous 10% veterans' discount which I have received on both large and small purchases.

Employee turnover too much. Apprecitate going to a store (Menard's) where you see the same employees and enjoy seeing regulars with a welcome.

You’re a little cheaper on price but if the equipment don’t work and you can’t get your project done then we may as well go to the competition.

The store was clean, but I didn't see a sales person to help us or the other people who were looking for facets. The checkout lady was friendly.

This store has knowledgeable personnel in all their departments. The appliance folks are patient and personable as well as the tools department folks. Prices beat all local hardware costs

Very nice clean store with helpful checkout people. Lots of merchandise well displayed.

Dusty store, extremely overheated as well. If you enjoy loading lumber on a hot, humid Midwestern day - this store is for you. Employees are always in a hurry and a favorite statement is "if you can't find what you're looking for, check online." Aisles are cluttered with pallets of merchandise and they push the customers out of the aisle if that merchandise is next to be put away.

Great service from Destiny in the appliance department !!

I always get the help I need. There are plenty of employees available to help so you don't have to search for someone.

There were three chairs in the clearance section, but we wanted four. One of The Home Depot's employees called other stores in the state to locate a fourth chair. She had to make several calls and her persistence paid off for us. We appreciated what she did for us. We paid for the fourth chair on a separate bill because we needed to pick it up at another store. The second employee noticed that our 4th chair was much cheaper at the other store - so she discounted the three we had already bought and credited our card. Good job, ladies! Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Julie in the paint department is the best. Polite Knowledgeable and attitude that is fun working with her. Home Depot ST. Cloud Mn is the best home improvement store in a 30 mile radius. Recommend this store for everyone
