it was super fast & i found what i was lookin for

Made one trip this morning to look at LG A/C unit. Saw exact unit for sale, in stock at the store. Returned home and tried to make purchase online with Express Delivery. Unit did not list as available at that location and said to call for current stock. Called St. Pete store and was told that the unit was not in stock. The associate who answered my call made a big deal about "walking all the way to the front of the store" to check and then still got it wrong, necessitating a second trip to purchase the unit I had seen in stock, yet was a mystery to the store associate, as well as your website. On first visit to the St. Pete store, an associate in the Appliance Department could not be bothered to disengage from Facebook on her smartphone to assist us when asked "where are the A/C window units?" Had she asked, and seemed genuinely interested in helping, I was ready to purchase an LG A/C unit, LG Microwave/Vent Hood, LG Cook Top, and LG Refrigerator. In stead, I left the store determined to purchase the LG A/C Unit only online and shop at Lowes for the rest of the items I need. We are still amazed that rather than offer to help us when asked, as is her job, we were told "They're all the way in the front. There is not much in stock, so good luck." I have spent over $10,000 at Home Depot in the last sixty days. I do not intend on spending any more.

We have been coming to this store for more that a decade. It is always kept clean. We have on multiple occasions had to special order items as they are not at this store but found on-line. The staff is very friendly always willing to help even if it is not a product that is not sold by Home Depot, they will call other hardware stores for us to get what we need. So why would we shop anywhere else then Home Depot.

Great customer service from Kent in paint #24. He helped me find two products I needed. He was very busy but very pleasant. Excellent customer service. Thanks home depot. P. S. No one knew what navel jelly was. It's used to clean rust off my metal drain in my tub. Kent in paint knew right away and stopped and walked me down the isle and showed me exactly were it was on the bottom shelf. Thanks Kent in paints #24.

Service members are very friendly and helpful lending a hand to get a large item for me to the register and then my car. I wish I could remember the lady's name who helped me; she had short curly hair and was working in the blinds department. Friendly and helped me to get the stuff I needed. Thank you!

Best paint guy EVER!! Johnny Lighting hooked us up with lots of great advice and info for our projects. He mixed all of paints and was super knowledgeable.

This store is amazing in customer service, Brittany the cashier for the pro section is always super nice and smiling, justen always helps me load my cart if I have anything heavy, and TIm B is always on top of it when I come out of the store needing someone to help load!! Thank you!!!

We were approached by Cindy in Dept D-24 at the Home Depot in St Petersburg Florida. She was most helpful, very friendly and professional. We enjoyed her so much. What a great sense of humor and an incredible face for Home Depot. Kent was also very helpful and engaging. On a scale of 1-10 - Cindy gets a solid 12! My wife and I live in Atlanta and Rosemary Beach Florida and own a number of businesses. Unfortunately, none of these businesses are located in this area. I would hire Cindy in a hot minute! Depot hired well! Thanks for the great service.
