absolutely the best customer service I have received in a long time at many very retailers and merchandise sellers they are so professional but friendly so helpful so knowledgeable I just love them and they make me want to just spend my time in there even though I don't know what the heck I'm doing LOL my person what's named Holly and she was awesome in that she took her time and effort to help me really resolve my issue the store is always neat and clean and well-stocked everyone is friendly and helpful and I just really like going there

Customer service not the best and associates not that friendly. If an appliance item is not available you can not pick it up when it arrives and have it shipped to the store. You are charged a delivery fee and no option for store pick-up.

This location is great! The employees are pleasant and take their time to walk you to the isle that you need. The kitchen remodeling area assisted me with patience and professionalism. This location was well staffed so that each time I needed help, there was some one there to assist me. The store was clean .. though a couple of the isles were a bit full -- perhaps it was just the time of day that resulted in the full isles. All the associates that I came into contact with were extremely friendly and helpful

The experience you get at this store is a toss up, some days are good, and some days are not so good. My previous experiences were ok, but my last one was a bad one.

I appreciate that Hope and Tyler-my Weimaraners can come to the store. They love several of the long time employees and DRAG me to them. Everyone has always been nice to me. I had one instance with a product I had ordered online be a problem but that was a long time ago and an employee I never saw again.

These guys couldn't do the bare minimum required to take care of their customers properly. Pathetic.

Customer Service with Jackie in Gardening was excellent. She was very informative about all plants & had great recommendations for my Garden..

Melissa in the paint department was super nice and helpful to me. I usually don't write reviews, but she deserves some accolades because she really helped me and was super nice about it. I haven't experienced that level of customer service in a long time.

I love this store....everyone here is so helpful and nice. I have never had a bad experience here. I always find help right away and the cashiers are great!

best store ever, all the associates helped me a lot if it was not for the expert customer service I would have been lost for at least 7 days. It was if the associates were high on life and happy and the store is so big I felt like I would have needed a map if it was not for the associates even the cashiers helped if they were not busy with customers. If i made less money at my job I would apply at this Home Depot because it was as if the associates were family and made me as a customer feel like family as well. I am so great-full for this Home Depot other stores in the area fail in comparison. The moral in the associates could be felt and seen and seemed to make the other customers happy as well. They had everything and more than what I required I am so happy I did not go to Lowe's.

Why does it takes over an hour to rent a piece of equipment, and why does my time start as soon as the paperwork is filled out, so loading is on my time, and upon returning it cleaned and re-fueled, the time to stand inline for the return, then unloading and completing the paperwork is on my time as well it. So what I understand, Home Depot you are telling me that "your" time is more important than mine and you are charging me for my time.

Horrible customer service. I spent > 20 minutes waiting for assistance at the door department desk. Five employees told me they didn't work that department but none offered to assist me or find someone who could help me.

Mr Ron Galvez was very helpful he walked us through our entire large order. And helped us picked out everything was extremely helpful getting us the best deals, was extremely patient with us. And also shared a conversation with us. He was the best help we have ever gotten from this home depot

SALES PEOPLE - STOCKERS - EMPLOYEES - ON THEIR CELL PHONES, NOT DRESSED APPROPRIATELY FOR WORKING IN A HARDWARE STORE ..ie Skinny Jeans & Loafers, Male & Female more worried about their fashion and Facebook then helping customers, One male Employee did not even know the difference between a straighthead and phillips screwdriver......

Nice to see honest people and conscience team members. I left my cash in the dispenser at the self service checkout ($50) and assumed it would be gone. I called and they had put it aside. I went back to get it and found out that the person working the self service lines (Danya Mendoza) had not only put the money in the safe along with my receipt and reported it to the head cashier, but that she had tried to find me in the parking lot. I made the mistake of being careless but the staff is on it and I appreciate the extra effort.

most of the staff is helpful and friendly

On many days you cannot get through the aisles due to stock on pallets sitting in the aisles. You can ask for assistance but never get any. The store is always dirty these days and the associates you do come across are not exactly friendly, tell you they will send someone to help and no one ever shows up. I waited 15 minutes yesterday and no assistance arrived.

Sunday evening ... do not bother the Windows and Door guy until you know what you are looking for ... he could careless ... if you ask him politely

VERY YOUNG EMPLOYEES, NO KNOWLEDGE OR HANDS ON EXPERIENCE, MORE CONCERNED ABOUT FACEBOOK AND CHASING EACH OTHER AROUND THERE DEPARTMENTS. TRUE VALUE AND ACE HARDWARE HAVE GUYS WORKING THERE THAT KNOW HOW TO GET THE JOB DONE AND WHAT TOOLS & LUMBER ARE......BUT !!! THEY CAN'T COMPETE WITH HOME DEPOT PRICES...SO I HAVE TO TAKE THE GOOD WITH THE BAD..... I WOULD RATHER DEAL WITH A EMPLOYEE WEARING LEVIS AND WORKBOOTS THEN SOMEONE IN SKINNY JEANS AND LOAFERS AND A CELL PHONE.

The pro staff (Ron, Kevin, Eddie etc) are extremely knowledgeable and will find anything I need. The paint dept is also top notch. Inventory is an issue with this store. I usually only find about 75% of the items on my list and will have to get the rest at another Home Depot in the metro area

Floor employees were very helpful in getting our patio set, and also about answering questions about washing machine(Vera)
