I bought paint, and some handy tools from the Home Depot, and I’m so satisfied with the quality. They well serve the purpose. Sorry that I couldn’t show the pictures now.

Needed help in the lumber section and the guys would consistently tell me that he is too busy and give him some time. Honestly, don’t you guys realize my time is just as valuable. I just wanted to come in and buy what I needed and then get out and not waste my time looking around playing hide and seek. Worst of all none of the people here know where anything is as well.

This store has no shopping carts, I everytime I shop here I literally have to hold all my items or just don’t buy anything at all. The selection here is poor, there is either something or there is nothing. Cash register lines are long and take forever. Not to mention the employees are all rude and disrespectful, especially the security guards that give you so much trouble after paying.

The place either has nobody, or to much individuals that just walk around pretending they are working, but occasionally you might still might one good worker than can help you. Good Luck shopping here!

I am so pleased with the customer service in this store, specifically with the two employees who helped me and cut some plywood into sheets I could easily transport.

Too many migrants pushing themselves into assisting in loading your purchases into your vehicle. Make it a very uncomfortable and unsafe situation.

I don't understand why every morning there is always so much freight on the floor and why there has to be so much movement, can't we just come in and shop in peace. An forget about shopping at night, the place is literally a ghost town. No employees to help, no cashier's to check out, and no items on the shelves. I know this is one of the smaller home depot's, but you guys are still a big box store. Why does the atmosphere here sometimes feels like shopping at rite aid or some small plaza store managed by just 1 cashier. So, many open boxes, missing parts, and packages. As a shopper I want to buy new and fresh items, not something a million other people has tampered with already. Better display locations and create more space to walk. As for the only thing that went well this week, is that I didn't have to see or deal with that new manager Hui. This is only reason I am even given this store 2 stars.

Store is poorly kept, debris, nails, and wrap could be seen all over the place. Sometimes when I open cabinets I would see product and worst of all I don't like the fact that manager Hui just walk right past me and didn't even offer to help! I had to call out to them, wow!

My father needed help in the hardware section and this person not only doesn't know a how to speak any chinese, okay I understand ABC's, but still the she was very rude and only knows how to call other workers to do the job. How does this person even got the job? Aside from that the store is unclean, dirty, and nobody here want to help anyone. No wonder because we have management like this!

Hui the manager I dealt with was the absolute worst. Doesn't know a thing and doesn't even make a effort to make things right. Don't shop here management don't care and nobody helps.

I needed to finish a few projects and Home Depot on Targee Street, SI, NY is a wonderful place to find ideas, solve problems, and find items you didn't have on your list.

The Staten Island East Home Depot store 6150 is convenient to me. I have happily shopped there for many years for garden supplies, plants, tools, holiday decorations, patio furniture, kitchen cabinets and other items. The employees have always been available and helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, polite and happy to help.

Associate in the pluming section was very helpful and gave me suggestions to complete my project.

Courteous staff always a plus st this location! A diamond in the rough is what this Home Depot is!

She tried to charge me for more than I was purchasing and KEPT insisting I had more than one piece of plywood in my cart, when I know it was just one because I specifically asked for and watched the associate cut just ONE PIECE. She was rude, assumptive, and provided no customer service at all! Every other associate was friendly and provided assistance as much as possible.

I highly recommend this location and the garden department specifically! They always have such a great selection and the plants are always healthy. I have had plants from this location for the past four years since moving from Manhattan to Staten Island and I must say I have never been disappointed.

I usually go in and out when it's not busy, but today there was a problem with my military discount and there was only one person on that end of the store who couldn't solve the problem of the military discount not coming off the price. I had to call customer service and wait through all the personalized recordings that we all know and love....press 1 if this ,... press 2 if that.? I don't like (which I know no one else does either) having to spend hours to acomplish something that should take the 20 minute round trip to go to the store and back.

I always get good service, the prices are reasonable and the products are good

Excellent perfect attention

I have been going to this Home Depot for the past 2 months or so and I have never had a bad experience. From finding the tools I need for my projects to getting my questions answered, the employees at this store have been kind, professional and courteous. They have gone above and beyond to help me and I see them do the same for other customers. I have never seen anyone lose patience or raise their voice in anger or look bored or have a bad disposition. I sincerely hope they are getting paid more than minimum wage because they deserve it.

This has become my most-frequented branch of Home Depot. After MANY visits for finding the tricky, small, sometimes annoying items I need for renovation projects (and the bigger ones, too) I know where everything is, and how the place operates, and guess what? Things get easier the more I know and understand. It's a VERY useful place to shop for renovation supplies
