I bought new Sharp convection/microwave oven online. It was shipped free, but was defective. Sharp sent repair, they replaced almost everything in it and it still didn't work right. Sharp would not replace it without trying repair again, but even their techs didn't know what else to do. I wanted a replacement instead. I called my local Home Depot customer service, she said "we'll make it right, bring it in". I did, they re-ordered a new one (hopefully it will work!) and even got me a discount for the trouble I went through.

This store has employees that truly care about their customers. They make sure that you find exactly what you need and are always there for help along the way. These associates are incredible friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this store to everyone!!!

I really love shopping at this store. The employee's are always so nice. Each time I am there any employee that passes me always asks if I need assistance. If I do have a question they employee's are always knowledgeable.

I love shopping at my local Home Depot. Everything is layed out well, fully stocked, the garden center is beautiful, and associates are always most helpful.

Outstanding, FAST service from flooring associate (Brittney - sp?). If I had known everything was going to be this efficient and pleasant, I would have done this long ago. Hands down, the best customer service I've had anywhere in years.

Was in store for almost an hour and never received or was even asked if I needed help during my shopping experience. When I asked for helped after walking around the store to find an associate I was told the incorrect information on where to locate the items I was looking for. Then I asked a different associate for help with a different item and the first words that came out of his mouth is that they didn’t have them in stock before even looking for the item.

We were in the Statesville NC store on Saturday Jan 11th to look at flooring. The sale ladies were so helpful and very kind. They quoted a preliminary price, scheduled the guys to come out a measure. Very personable. Could not have ask for better.

The staff are friendly and helpful and many go above and beyond to help you if you are looking for products or even loading your truck with the supplies. I recently bought a large amount of wood and insulation panels and the employees helped me load them into my truck even after they closed right before Christmas Day as I was getting off of work late and rushing to get the supplies before they closed so I could work on my renovations over the holidays. They did it with a cheerful attitude and didn’t complain even though we got there right before closing time. It is also very clean inside of the store and an overall good environment.

Very nice people and very helpful on everything you need. cashier Brittany and the store manager Shelia are two very nice people and we really enjoyed talking to them.

Store was clean, associates were helpful when you could find one. They never have enough store coverage, you always have to go up fron and get someone to call for someone to assist you.

The employees at this store are amazing!!! I’m constantly in there for something! I chose this store over Lowes because of their service!!!!. They deserve a reward!!!

I like this Home Depot because they seem to always have good products.. Prices are fair. The employees are always helpful. Good store to buy home improvement products from. They stand behind what they sale.

What separates the Statesville store from many retail businesses today, and even other HD stores, is the employees. Working shifts and covering other departments makes their jobs difficult at times and the company is lucky to have so many great employees.

I’m sure the employees are only following the order of the day, but I always feel like I am more of an inconvenience and more trouble than they want to deal with... I try not to shop at home depot but my wife has found the one thing that my favorite hardware store doesn’t carry, and she’s decided to put it all over the place... sorry but the only reason I’m gonna be here is because I cannot convince my wife to find something different somewhere else
