Ordered Poratable Car Charger online said Stockton Home Depot had item in stock so I paid for item in advance then called at 8:00a.m. said item would be ready at 9:00a.m. for pickup. Went to store to pick up item and item was no longer in stock! took 3 different employees to find a replacement item which when i got home and open box was previously used. and much cheaper! Wont be shopping at Home Depot ever again!

I am going to start this off with the statement, you are only as good as your worst employee. And today I believe that I have found sadly the worst employee at this location. After the way she treated me as a customer it has me questioning the whole idea of supporting local businesses. I had a simple request of an employee. There was a material that was bundled together. Instead of just cutting the bindings I asked as sales associate if she would have someone assist me. After playing 20 questions she proceeded to talk with her employee about when her pay increase would show up on her check did she come to address my issue. Then she painfully cut one of the 4 binding straps and began to walk away. I told her that there where 4 straps, and with a huff, she cut another strap and then again started walking away. Again calling her back for the next strap and then again having to stop her from walking away before cutting the 4th strap. Finally with a huff, she stormed off, absolutely painful customer service. With my luck she was also the cashier that processed my cart, with an equally painful experience at the register. if the material was available elsewhere I would not have given them my business.

Very good customer service.. and the cashier Kania and Mariah was very helpful .. and kania is good at what she do . I’d like to see her working on the floor but she a good cashier I like her

I am very disappointed they delivered my dishwasher today and I refused it because it had a big dent on the front door. I tried calling the store and waited for a long time on phone and was disconnected. Now I am on my way to the store. Very inconvenienced. Also during this covid-19 the delivery guys came in with no mask, gloves or shoe covers. We are over 60 yrs. old and have a toddler in the home. This is very unsafe. In the past month we have had stove and microwave delivered and all delivery guys had on a mask, gloves and shoe covers except today. Safety First!!!!

Entrance into store was well organized . Employees all had masks and gloves. Lines were provided as well as spacing. Nicely done!

I like this store.They consider me as one of the family.They take their time to help me and address me by my name. I can easily find the product I was looking for...I like the aisle locator marker and set up for each and every product at the store. Every aisle and the bin are very clean and orderly. Restroom are well maintained and very proper. The associates are very friendly and I can tell if they are new on the job and trying to do their best to please me. This store are good for this neighborhood MY neighborhood.

This store was really messy. We recieved helped from associate MaryJane which was extremely helpful. She still had to keep calling the associate to open up the lock because i wanted to purchase a tool. She called about 4 times before she was able to "catch" someone to help open the lock. I waited 30 minutes for that! I was so ready to leave the store, bit see that she was trying her best!

They will solve your problem if you have 1 no question asked.

Everything I needed was easy to find and in stock. Prices were reasonable and checkout was fast.

During these hard times its really refreshing to see boundaries respectfully put in place by staff of this store and customers abiding by them in a comfortable friendly way, including myself. We need a shopping experience like this if we have to be out shopping.

When this store is busy it is very chaotic, but when you having willing employees who try at least to help it makes the shopping so much better.

As a contractor, I have shopped this store since day 1 of it's opening 20 years ago. Now, I must shop across the street to receive faster checkout, a cleaner store, and a military discount; all in an environment that seems to want and appreciate my business. I'm done.

Amida In Electrical Dept is very pleasant helpful and organized Associate. She knows her job and a good role model of Safety practice. She took the time to talk to me and found item I was shopping for. Shopping at Hammerlane Ave Stockton Ca was great experience. You can count Staff Associate ready to assist customers. Thank you.

Today I came into the store to pick up 5 bags of creekstone rocks. It was stacked up onto the second shelf and being that I’m a 5’2 petite woman... I needed some assistance. I walked up to Antonio at the register (who was busy with customers) and asked him to call for some assistance to help me get the rocks down. He called for assistance so I walked back to where the bags were located and waited. After 15 minutes no one came. I ran into Thuan and another woman and again asked for assistance. They too said they would get some assistance and I, again, waited in the outdoor gardening area in the HEAT. After waiting for a while I found Thuan once again and expressed my frustration. She walked with me, found a ladder and manage to help me get the bags down. Mind you... these bags are somewhat heavy and Thuan is petite as well (smaller than me). The fact that I couldn’t get ANY assistance for 25 minutes and a small petite woman thuan’s size who could’ve easily hurt herself getting these bags really upset me. Don’t get me wrong, I’m grateful that Thuan helped me and had to deal with my frustrations, but where was the other employees who were called to help? What would’ve happened if Thuan fell and hurt herself? Lawsuit waiting to happen there. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for 1. Letting your customers wait 25 mins in the heat after asking for assistance 3 times and 2. Letting a woman as small as Thuan risk hurting herself. You guys need to recognize Thuan for going above and beyond to help the customers and speak with whoever is scheduled provide customer service in the gardening area to pay attention to the speakers when they are called.

Most of the time when I go to the store, it is frustrating trying to find some one who knows what I need. You will not be able to keep loyal customers if the customer service skills of your employees are not sharpened.

Great store all employees are working hard to make your day go well. These are big busy stores and I appreciate how hard they help make the shopping go easy.

Ebony, the cashier who checked me out, was very kind and helpful when I had a problem.

Used the self check-out and the associate who supervised was not very friendly and spoke to the customers as if they owed her something for shopping there!

The products where easy to find

Customer service/returns make up their own return policy and try to pass it off as "the companies". Horrible representation for Home Depot. Never, have I ever had a problem returning items with/without receipts. And never had I been told that I need to go to my bank to retrieve a paper with my old debit card number to process the receipt. Nor was I offered to exchange my item as Erica (the manager I was given when requested) stated to the manager on duty. Yes, I was standing close by and witnessed them speaking with the manager on duty and heard everything they said. Sadly, the manager on duty could not take it upon herself to speak to me in person nor apologize for the inconvenience of being lied to about the store policy is to issue store credit. Extremely unprofessional.
