I needed some hopefully scrap lumber to construct a small target board for my Grandson who has recently received a BB gun to shoot at in his backyard out at the lake they live at! I didn’t want to spend a big chunk of change on it! He’s 10 years old and loves to shoot it! I wanted him to be able to gg take the target- set it up alone/ and shoot it by himself without any distractions!’ I will supervise the first few times tomake sure he knows da safety! He’s shot almost every one of my guns, both handguns and long guns! Arean, understood what I was thinking about and helped me find everything I needed for under twenty dollars! A great person to talk with and very knowledgeable about helping people like me who come in with such crazy ideas!

Many times I go into this store not knowing exactly what I need and I always come out with the right thing.

I've always had good experiences with HD! Even today, Don helped me out with purchasing a tool chest. Then, Caleb refuses anything less than helping me load it into my truck so my wife doesn't have to lift a finger.

This location is managed well and the customer service provided to me was outstanding! They went above and beyond (thank you Susan, Nicole, and Yaliza) to help me and my son get the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors we needed. Thank you so much! Home Depot if you see this- give those ladies a raise!

Jeff, Jimmy, Bryam, Shiloh, Harley, and Yanci were fantastic to work with! Top notch staff! Great shopping experience! I live closer to a different location, but I’ll be back to the L St location because of these employees! Worth the little extra drive in my book!

Had to make a return of an item and was not treated negatively for doing so. This store always has courteous and ample personnel to get help.

I shop at this location specifically due to the attitude and personality of all of the staff. They are always upbeat, willing to help and willing to have a conversation. Quite honestly, if I need an item and it’s not at THIS SPECIFIC Home Depot, I would probably just go to the closest store that has the item. But whatever I need for my DIY projects, this Home Depot is always my first stop.

Mike in customer service helped me with looking up something I had been looking for in several stores and not finding. He was patient and helpful. The other ladies in customer service were great too as well as cashier Terry. Best HD store.

This is the first time as a single person purchased windows The department team was patient and answered all my queries even adding information I didn’t know to ask. The estimate process was fast and simple and I was able to make a good decision with their knowledge. Payment processing was seamless the pre install review was a brilliant idea I wasn’t aware of until we scrolled it but I loved the fact they measured a second time to ensure the size was accurate. Clean professional installation. Home Depot is my home improvement company of choice going forward. Thank you Home Depot for all you did to support me during this time.

THREE TRIPS TO GET THE RIGHT MOWER. i THINK THEY FEEL i WANT TO COMPLAIN BUT HOW CAN i WHEN THEY WERE SO PATIENT. EVEN CASHIER SHA or SLA KNEW WHO THE FLOOR CLERKS WERE WHICH IS A SIGN OF TEAMWORK/CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am changing brands and was looking for the Milwaukee Fuel Hackzall. HD had it advertised for a fair price along with a free 2.0 battery as a gift with the purchase. I checked the website (very helpful) to see if they had any in stock at the store near me. During the purchase nothing was said about the battery. I didn't bring it up at the store because I thought that it might have been a on-line promotion. Got home, checked the website and nothing was specified. I am disappointed that nothing was said when they took the tool out of the locked cage or at the checkout about the free battery.

I've spent the last couple months shopping around for new windows for my home. The team at HD went above and beyond to help me out. Price was the best and my customer experience was top notch.

When I went into this Home Depot location, Frank in the garden center was amazing. He helped me from inside the store all the way to my vehicle. He was very friendly and made the experience much easier.

I bought a new HONDA lawn mower at this HOME DEPOT last weekend. Joe A. was so knowledgeable about this line of mowers that I felt confident about my decision.

I purchased a vaccuum breaker assembly online as it had to be shipped to the store. It took around a week to get it. When I picked it up it was a completely different item, not what I ordered. The “acting store manager” (because the store manager was on lunch) was very rude and not friendly at all about my concerns. Now I have to wait another week to hopefully get the correct item now. The return cashier was very helpful and that is why I gave 2 stars or it would have been 0. I will not be back to this location. The employees here are very rude, and clearly don’t care about customer service as this was not my first bad experience at this location.

I travel 80 miles just to do business with the #3203 Home Depot! Knowledgeable employees and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Home Depot

Went to this Home Depot with my wife and dog Phoebe and everyone loved my dog and gave her a doggy treat!

Pro Loading Associate Harley Cazinha was very courteous and helpful. First employee ever to offer assistance in loading.

I was shopping for a dishwasher There were many on display. While visiting with the salesperson I noticed a particular gentleman hanging around. I then discovered he was a product rep. He joined the discussion. Soon several other employees were offering opinions. I felt very well informed and made my purchase.

This trip was successful, the heater works great. I am consistently satisfied with floor personnel and cashiers who appear to enjoy working at this store as well as the quality of products.

We experienced great customer service today from Shiloh and Yanci! They were both extremely helpful while we ordered a Husky Workbench.

I bought a water filter and got good information thanks to the associate super helpful

Della was efficient in handling a situation of damaged equipment. Home Depot will be my primary shopping source in the future because of their excellence in customer service.
