Terrible customer service

I am a frequent visitor in this particular store and in the last 10+ years I have not had 1 bad experience! The store is always clean, neat, and organized in such a way that I never have trouble finding what I came for.

Employees in this store, if you can find one, are always polite and helpful. I am handicapped and must use a motorized shopping cart and can't always find one at the entrance but usually I can spot an employee who will find one for me. When I do get one I sometimes find an aisle blocked with something that prevents me from using that aisle.

Although I have other home improvement stores closer to my house, this is definitely my favorite store. I find everything I need, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

Cashier was great. Online order experience terrible. Had the wrong product and had zero in store. Now gotta drive across town to other location. Thanks for wasting my time today. Honestly don't know I even bother trying online ordering with home depot anymore.

This store is consistent as far as quality and friendly service. I feel that I can always depend on the staff to assist me for most of my shopping needs.

A very friendly and " problem solving" store. Staff is always courteous and willing to help with anything. Upon leaving, I always feel that the traveling time and traffic was worth it. That's why I keep going back!

Home Depot has gone above and beyond expectations, with having well stocked stores, friendly sales staff and cashiers, and always very helpful.

All my visits have showed me just how helpful the folks at Home Depot are!! Will remain loyal to Home Depot for this reason.

Great atmosphere with friendly associates and believe it or not many of them are skilled in their department areas and if not they can quickly grab someone who is!
