I was looking at paint in the paint department and have been having issues finding the right color. Gregory was very kind to offer help and give suggestions. Dom was also working and was helpful in his advice and experience. I wanted to add that there was a woman who completely lashed out at Dom and it was very uncalled for. She came in with an attitude and seemed ready to start trouble. She got mad that Dom didn’t write down the paint name, however, I believe she got paint off of a personal swatch and not a brand swatch. She was rude, mean and her attitude was uncalled for. Dom handled himself very professionally. Dom and Gregory really seem to like their jobs and enjoy working with each other. They seem like a great team and It makes my shopping experience better knowing that people like where they work. I hope this doesn’t hinder Dom’s kindness and enjoyment of the paint department. He was knowledgeable and professional and it would be a huge loss if he left because of the mistreatment from customers.

My wife and I went into Home Depot to look at plants and we found with help the exact plant that we were looking for.

I went in to buy fertilizer and there was plenty to pick from. The plants looked great and I ended up buying a salvia. While I was there, I remembered I needed glue. The associate who helped me was very friendly, polite and took me right to the spot I needed.

Thank you Shayla and Ryan for making our shopping experience wonderful. Our little lady was happy when we left the store after you guys were so sweet to her.

Friendly and helpful

Chip in lumber was absolutely amazing. He helped me to figure out what I needed, helped to find supplies (even hardware) , a cart, and even took the time to cut a few boards for me. I was very needy and he was kind, helpful and patient. Matt, the cashier, was kind and helpful as well. .

Don Sperry was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful assisting with the purchase of my washer and dryer.

Alicia Garnica was so helpful in our purchase. She checked multiple options for us. Found the washer that would be available for delivery sooner.

The Tempe store is so clean and the employees are VERY helpful! This store should be the standard by which all stores should be like. The culture at this store makes me want to become a loyal customer. I have despised shopping at HD until I went to this location! Made me want to tell everyone how great this store is and renewed my loyalty to HD. Great job to the general manager and to all the employees who take pride in having such a clean, organized, and helpful store!!

I have visited many Home Depot locations and this store was orderly and clean. When I walked in I was greeted by the MOST WONDERFUL co-worker OLIVIA. She made my shopping experience seamless and easy. From her first smile when I walked in the door at about 8:30 PM to when she personally cashed me out it was a smooth easy transaction. She knew exactly where the plumbing part was that I needed. She is an example of what all HD employees should aspire to. I am glad I went in and got a chance to work with a true professional. I have shopped this location before years ago and worked with another great co-worker in plumbing. #goodservice #greatemployeeolivia

All my life I've been going to Home Depot because I know I will find what I need to complete my ongoing projects. I have had a back yard food garden. Bought the lumber, irrigation products, plants, seeds, garden soil, programmable water timer, and that's why I call it the one stop store.

I was in your store and could not find the post bases I was looking for. Lorraine, one of your associates, stopped what she was doing to offer me assistance. I could only find one post base but I needed four. Lorraine scanned the item and found there were fifteen in stock. She stayed and helped me locate the others. If Lorraine had not helped me, I would have left the store not finding what I needed and would have had to go to another store. Lorraine saved me time and money by offering exceptional customer service.

Went in not sure about a purchase. Thanks to Mark, we left knowing we made the right purchase!

I spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in Home Depot and am usually very happy with my experiences. Today was no exception. In fact, I had an exceptional experience! I was shopping for shower enclosures for a new bath remodel. One of the employees, Lorraine, was coming in from the outside area. She saw that I needed help and came over to me. She greeted me with a "Good morning!" and asked if she could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she said she was new to the store but would help me find what I needed. After walking to the back wall to the shower enclosures she asked me if I needed anything else. I know that she isn't one of the regular employees who wears the orange apron and asked her what department she works in. She said she services the store. I was very impressed with her friendliness and willingness to help a customer when it really isn't her job. After I thanked her, she told me she had been on her way to her break which impressed me even more. Lorraine is a great new asset to your store.

Great Location, Nice Staff, always clean

Home Depot had many different brands to choose from so the selection was very good and it was also nice that they were on sale at the time I was needing a washing machine. I picked out what I felt was the best value and I’m very happy with my purchase and I’m not having to wait very long for free delivery.

I am a teacher who went into the store with an extremely limited budget, and I had two very kind and helpful employees assist me with what I needed for stage design. They were interested in what I had to say, listened attentively and really helped out!

When I arrived at the store numerous employees asked what I was looking for. Employees were very professional and courteous. During the time at the register the employees Cindy and Jacob were courteous, professional, and expedited my purchase while at the register .

I shop at Home Depot quite often, the one on Baseline road is one of the best I have been to. Employees there are very friendly, professional, and helpful. The store is clean and well organized, which makes shopping a true pleasure.
