Excellent Staff Goes above and beyond to help and find Products of need!!!!

I have interacted with somewhere between 5 and 10 employees in this store and found all of them to be courteous and helpful. Some of them going well above what would be expected to be good service.

I made a quick trip on Saturday night to the Home Depot spent $27.01. Evan checked me out and was kind enough to put the sprayer that I bought together. Went to my car, it would start, reached for my phone, but realized I left it at home. Went back to Evan, explained that I had no phone and the car wouldn't start. Evan let me borrow his phone to call for help. He also called up some additional help from Mario and Louis, there was another man there but I didn't catch is name. I was on the phone with my insurance company to get the car towed, but in the meantime these gentlemen were under the hood of my car trying to help get it started. The tried several things, 1st the battery, then the fuel pump, the the fuses. They reset something, and the car started. These guys are awesome, so very polite and professional. I appreciate the fact that there are still people in the world that will look past making a dollar and recognize someone who needs help , this store allowed their employees to assist a customer in need, which is greatly appreciated. I will return to the store, and find these 4 men that helped me and thank them again. I was overwhelmed by their kindness. Thank you so much for having such great employees.

This is a nice, neat store that carries all the items I usually look for.

Had a great experience in Appliances. First person was very knowledgeable with refrigerators and quality / reliability, 2nd person's feedback was similar to the first person and he went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal. Very nice and professional and helpful.

I prefer Home Depot to any other home improvement store. Aisles well marked. Employees knowledgeable and available. Thank you for the help in making my home projects successful.

I had some plywood cut and they made the exact cuts as requested.

I've never had a bad experience shopping here. I've spent thousands here and it is totally worth the great experience. They will continue to recieve my money. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Store is well kept and maintain a good stock of the items I look for. Employees are very helpful and friendly.

The store was neat and clean. The associates were friendly and helpful and answered my questions in detail and explained to me how to accomplish the task i was planning to work on using the product I was buying.

Employees went out of their way to help. I have not been able to find help at LOWES

If you come into to this store looking for a specific item, and you might need help, go to the service desk and ask for it there first! The associate you will never find, don’t waste your time! Check your receipt before you leave!!!

Excellent customer service from the floor coverings department personnel through to the people who helped me load material into my car. Very good experience.

The guys that work in kitchen appliances were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Joseph, in particular, helped me in purchasing a new refrigerator and stove. He was awesome! Love his friendly and professional attitude.

I like this Home Depot!!! I actually received help from a gentlemen who looked like a salesman! He looked like he knew where everything was and he did!!! I told him he should apply for a job there but the salespeople are always helpful! One suggestion: if purchasing something in a box that is taped shut as if a return, make sure everything is allright and intact in the box!

This store is very clean to include restrooms. Employees were friendly and helpful. I received help in the fencing area, electrical area, plumbing and tools. I appreciate the friendliness and expert advice given me I also like the quick self check out.

I have shopped at this Home Depot for years spending thousands on my Home Depot credit card. I always tell people about the friendliness and helpfulness of their associates. That all changed tonight with a cashier named Linda. She was so rude and unprofessional. I might not shop there again.

If you want to be treated by a professional with respect and dignity go and ask for Ms Tony Young and Ms Nikki Borja-Crandell. It's worth the time to find these ladies. Nice job Tony and Nikki, keep up the excellent work.

Talk to Pam if you need flooring. She keeps track of quantity on hand and dye lots. She is very knowledgeable.
