Tina is the most rude, scowl-faced person ever. When she can't get out of ignoring you she makes it clear that she hates working there and even more so hates dealing with customers. Please find a closet for her to work in so your customers don't have to deal with her attitude.

I like the store just because it is closest to my property and main reason very helpful and I knowledgeable associates always willing to help make my shopping time short and pleasant.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Especially Jon!

Just moved to the area and doing lots of renovations. Tehmina was so incredible to help me find everything we were looking for and made this trip a fantastic experience.

We were able to purchase new doors for our AZ rm, had several to choose from, they were installed easily by our handy man.

Worse manager I have ever interacted with. No help laughed at me very RUDE.

If Home Depot does not want to offer a Veterans Discount they should just come out and say so not make it very very difficult to use. The new system of using a multi-step smart phone, that a lot of Veterans do not have, appears to be Home Depot’s way of saying “we don’t care”.

Service in the Paint department was great, and checkout was quick and efficient.

I have an old manufactured home. The flooring under my washer sustained a large gash. I wanted to fix it before my new washer was installed and set up. Matt & Micheal took the time to understand the problem, brainstorm ideas for the odd repair, and suggested an adhesive that would work. Most impressive, they were thoughtful of my budget! Thanks, guys!

Home Depot THATCHER IS A “GO TO” for this region They will get it right

Jonah was a huge help and very friendly. He helped me get what I needed and was quick at the register.

Employees at this store are always ready to help, whether for advice or to locate something you are looking for.

I bought a Ridgid shop vac with which I am very pleased. I has much more horsepower than my old shop vac.

If you know who to ask they will help you. If you ask other staff, you get the run around.

All the “veteran” (long term) Staff is helpful and knowledgeable

I would like to express my gratitude to Corrisa Bamford for demonstrating Excellence in Customer Service. Corrisa helped me with a purchase of a Tuff Shed that other associates there seemed to lack knowledge on how to treat a customer. The other associates there were patronizing me by asking me questions about the shed I wanted to purchase instead of them answering my questions and making my shopping experience simple and enjoyable. However there was Hope, Corrisa is a friendly and knowledgeable associate that made my shopping experience a success. I was approved for the credit card and my purchase of the shed was accomplished. Thank Your Corrisa Bamford!

Store is very clean as soon as you walk in you are always getting a smile and can I help you from employees and they always seem to have what I need .it makes you want to do your shopping there because of the way you are treated.

store is always clean and in order. this store has one of the best MET teams. and it shows.

All of the employees were very helpful and attentive. I was in the paint department on two different occasions and received very courteous service both times from different employees -- consistent service with friendly attitudes brings me back. I would give 5 stars for the employees but could only give 4 stars for the store because it's smaller than other Home Depots and stocks less -- or so it seems.

Great (little) store with a good selection of useful products. Staff is generally very helpful, but sometimes difficult to find. Store is clean and well-organized. Would recommend a visit.

This store was organized well but is only about half the size of some of the better locations. Unfortunately the next nearest store is in Tucson. Very friendly employees but not on the job long. If you live in Safford, AZ it is a must.
