Associates were very friendly but no one that asked if I needed any help could answer any of the basic questions about the products me and my wife were looking at. I know not everyone will be an expert in a given department, but at least one associate should be somewhat knowledgeable of the products in the department they're working in.

This is by far our favorite location! We could go to Griffin's location because I work there, but we almost always choose Thomaston for a number of reasons. The associates are truly helpful. They never make you feel like they are doing you a favor. In fact, our cashier was beyond helpful and positive. She was careful and conscientious while taking care of our order of three buggies full of stuff. The store is in an easy location to get in and out of, and is always clean and well organized, We were able to find everything on our list easily.

Very happy with your store but someone needs to check on the Plywood saw. It is either very dull or it has the wrong blade in it. It shreds plywood.

The Associates at the Thomaston Home Depot go out of their way to help the customer. I have never had a bad experience in that store. Any one of the associates will try to assist you what with you need, if they can't, they will stay with you until they find someone who can help. They are never rushing to get rid of you, they will spend as much time as you need to make sure you get what you need. Truly a professional group of Associates at this store.

Almost every time I shop here the store associates are unhelpful. I have loaded my car with heavy/bulky objects, on my own. The only redeeming quality are the cashiers. They are consistently friendly and very nice.

I ALWAYS BUY MY CHRISTMAS TREE HERE. THE ASSOCIATES ARE SO HELPFUL IN THE SELECTION AND PURCHASE OF MY TREE. THEY TRIM THE BOTTOM AND BAG THE TREE. THEY HAVE THE BEST SELECTION OF LIVE TREES IN TOWN. IT IS SO NICE TO HAVE THIS HOME DEPOT IN TOWN.

I was very pleased with my visit to the Thomaston, Ga.Home Depot . I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. I needed help finding and cutting wood. I was happy to get the help and my trip was much quicker and easier than I anticipated. At check out, I was treated as a valued customer and was able to save $25 via the help of my cashier.
