I needed help finding what I was looking for am associate took right to what I needed.

Always busy but lot of staff to help when you need it.

Lots of great staff to help. The website is great for finding what you want, the ratings, if it’s in stock and exactly what aside/bay it’s located. There is a gentlemen in flooring and tile who has helped me tremendously with fixing my bathroom and drywall projects. I wish I knew his name. He is shorter with blondish hair. If you have questions about paint and painting, Karen is the sales associate to talk to. We have been painting for what seems like forever. We were having problems with stains showing through the paint on doors and trim, runs and a lot of other problems. We’ve watched a lot of videos and just weren’t confident what the right answers were. But then we talked with Karen and she basically told us step by step how and when to clean, sand and use primer. She got us the right materials and it’s fixed our problems. Still can’t fix the actual painter, lol.

Had a great experience today. I ordered the wrong dishwasher during the Black Friday sale. I was able to return the wrong dishwasher and purchase the right one at the Black Friday price. Thank you Lon and Phil for making that happen. Greatly appreciated!!

Very rude customer service!! Drive north to the store off of 160th and Washington. Better, friendlier and knowledgeable personnel who make you feel welcome and important. Worth the drive!

Never have I ever been to a store where the people asked if I need assistance by every employee and then when I did whet out of their way to help me very very impressive

Excellent service here. Even if you have to wait a bit don't get discouraged , it's worth the wait once you get help they take time to help you out and don't rush you. Staff is very friendly and what they don't know they always try and find you answers.

Tim in the lumber dept. was extremely helpful getting a product down from another area for purchase. I will be back because of him, though your cashier Marcee could use some help with greetings and goodbyes. I do not like to have money handed back to me without her having counted it back.

They were the only store in the Denver metro area that had what I needed

Karen in paint is the absolute BEST! She was patient, helpful, had great suggestions, and provided some of the best customer service I have experienced.

We wanted to purchase a new dishwasher. We went to a few places prior to purchasing at Home Depot (walmart, costco, lowe's, and appliance factory outlet.. Cecil helped show us the products and answered our questions. He provided information on warranties and helped us pick the dishwasher in our price point and with the features we wanted.

ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WERE HELPFUL AND POLITE. YOU HAD THE BASEMENT GRATE,CEILING FAN, AND APPLIANCE SUITE AVAILABLE AND WE ARE HAPPY. THANKS FOR BEING THERE. GREAT STORE AND I SHOP IN ALL OF THEM IN ARVADA, WESTMINSTER, ANS THORTON AND DENVER.

the quality of good are great and the price is also great if there is a problem I have always been able to take it back with out any problems any issue I have had has always been resolved , I have been able to order and have it dropped at my home no problems. I am always treated with respect and always thank for my military service, If feel if a person has a problem they can go to the store manager and it will be resolved . I seen a nice tool box and after a time of several employee getting in evolved I bought it. Shelly at self check out and Marty and Dayton are some of the Employees to ask if you need help as they go out of there way to help. including helping load if needed.I would say give them a try you will like them

I am a contractor from KY and have been remodeling our family home in Federal Heights. I have found the Home Depot store well equipped and the employees very helpful and informative about the building styles and options that are are used in the Denver area. I highly recommend the store.

I discovered Home Depot around 1996 when I shopped at the big Home Depot in Glendale, California. Every time I went there, ALL the registers were busy (there were I think 18 if I remember right) and each register had 8-12 people standing in line waiting to check out. It was about that time that my family quickly purchased Home Depot stock as this is one HECK of a good sign about a store chain. I believe their best asset, and the one that made me a loyal customer, was that they hired REAL TRADES PEOPLE to answer people's questions in the areas of their specialties. This made it literally a one-stop shop for all my home repair, upgrades and maintenance needs. Then around 2000 that kind of service started to drop away (to my regret). I am happy to say, however, that a gentleman named Ron helped me today with many trimmer/mower questions and helped me to understand everything I needed to understand to know what I needed/wanted. I felt "red carpeted" when I finished shopping, and Ron made me think that perhaps Home Depot was restoring that original quality that made it so great in the late 1990s. (Look at their stock graph between 1996 and end of 1999 and you'll understand what I mean.) I think Home Depot needs more people like him!!

This store, has one of the best and friendlier customer service. In my experience of shopping here, it has been without a doubt a pleasure, every time, I purchase something. Employees are always eager to help, they are truly professional, and will go the extra mile to assist you, not only pointing you to the right product, but they give you tips on how to install or use it. I give this store an A+, on service, availability of merchandise and on the appearance and neatness of the store.

Everyone is very helpful and nice. Highly recommend their tool rental over other places. The staff is great and they know their tools. If you go when Missy is there, I guarantee she'll greet you with a smile and light up your day. She'll get you set up with the perfect tool and make sure is clean and working for you.

I regularly shop at Store #1503. I could choose other options but I have always received help when I need it. On this particular visit I purchased some light bulbs and the cashier Donna informed me of the Home Depot glass bulb recycling program. I had no idea this program existed. This is a very positive program to assist in saving our environment. I was favorably impressed that she took the time to discuss the program with me and the Importance of participating. Good Job Donna
